Physical Description:Xander stands about 5'9" and weighs 200 pounds, he is pretty normal when it comes to his stature, he isn't abnormally muscualar nor is he thin as a twig. Also his hair is jet black that has been blasted back, and his eyes are a blue color.

Personality:Due to being raised in a Vault and being chosen for sniper and recon missions for the vault, Xander is often quiet and very gruff when it comes to interacting with others. He can seem cold at times, though he does know the meaning of mercy. He doesn't like talking about what he did for the Vault before he decided to leave.

History:Xander was born and raised in vault 74. His mother and father were the Vault Doctors and they taught Xander everything he knew about Medicine and Science. When he was 17 he was signed up for sniper and recon division much to his parents and his girlfriends displeasure. He never cared what they thought anyway. His parents were there to help him out with certain things and his girlfriend was there to provide him a distraction from the real world. He did want a life with Ash, but he knew that it would never be possible when he saw the wasteland. In the wastes he saw hope, innovation, and freedom. When he was 18 he faked his own death and his other squad mates reported him dead and they left him alone in the wastes with only the vault suit and his sniper rifle.

For the next couple of years Xander wandered the wastes doing odd jobs for people; assassinations, escorts and the like. Xander eventually wandered into the Capital Wastes. He met the Lone Wanderer and heard his tale over a bottle of Nuka-Cola over in Megaton. Then Xander eventually found his way to New Vegas, he doesn't even remember how he was able to cover the entire United States Wasteland in a year. By then it was 2283 and The Courier was in the Tops Casino, playing Black Jack. Xander hear the Couriers tale, because he hadn't heard of him. As Xander was leaving after losing all his money, The Courier tossed him a bag of Caps and said, "You remind me a friend I used to travel with." With that Xander never saw the Courier again.

Equipment:On his torso he wears a white cotton t-shirt that looks like its been through hell and back. On his legs he wears camo fatigues that were his great grandfathers from before the war. It's been patched several times in the years Xander has explored the wastes. On his left arm is his Pipboy 3000. Xander has his trusty Anti-Material rifle with the custom bolt action and carbon fiber parts. In the stock of the gun there are several notches this means counts how many enemies he has killed in the past. In addition to his regular rifle he has a standard 10mm pistol that is used for close range targets. He also has a combat knife for when he runs out of ammo. Xander also has 5 stimpaks, 3 doctor bags, and a few Med-x's, Xander is also carrying 300 caps, he used to own a fully modded Sniper rifle, though he traded it and most of the supplies he had been carrying to trade for his new rifle and the mods.
