Kamatayan can be summed up into two words, Strong Willed and Determined. He is a mystery to others as well as himself. He doesn't say much but when he does speak it carries a slight eeriness that sends chills down the spines of the listeners. He has a calm mind which allows him more focus than an average blood thirsty ninja.

History

Bio
Kamatayan Salamangkero is his name now but it wasn't always the name he went by. When he was born his parents gave him the name Kamatayan Diyablo Kerubin, but something happened that caused him to change his last name and drop his middle name. What happened you ask? Well it all started when his parents, both Ninjas from different clans, came together and surprisingly fell in love. It isn't typical for Ninjas of different clans to allow such treachery amongst their members however all of this was done in secrecy and upon the feuding clans finding out, sent their best Ninjas to dispose of Kamatayan's parents.

It was a brutal blood bath when the opposing Ninjas found his parents and when his parents came out victorious, it only proved that their determination to keep Kamatayan safe and from harm overwhelmed even the greatest of foes until the fateful day when the two parental ninjas could no longer protect their only son and sent him to a far away place with only a note of his name and birthday scribed on it. The fate of his parents is unknown but what is known is that he was found by the Blackguard and taken in as their own.

History
His childhood was a troubled one. He was often picked on and picked out as the weakling amongst them yet he said nothing in retaliation and went on allowing the hate and rage to build over the years. At the age of 7 he began to show promise and surpassed what others thought of him. He was no longer considered weak at the age of 10 when he showed them just how deadly he could be and at the age of 13 he was made a member of the Blackguard. Constant testing soon ensued after his initiation and though it was tough Kamatayan was determined to prove all those who had called him weak willed and undetermined wrong.

It seemed that his wanting to know who his parents were dissipated over the years but it soon resurfaced when his father, a very strong and skilled ninja, managed to find him and kidnap him from the Blackguard. Kamatayan put up quite the fight and surprised his father with his level of skill at such a young age but when his father showed him the mark that all men in his family possessed, Kamatayan was more than willing to listen. It seemed that fate had different plans and while on their way back to his father's clan, his father was found by opposing ninjas and killed while Kamatayan was fetching something to eat. When Kamatayan returned, the Blackguard was there to take him back but no one knows who killed his father as the Blackguard had just arrived on the scene having tracked his father for a while.

Kamatayan resumed his position and continued his training. He adapted the last name Salamangkero, no one knows why except Kamatayan, but he never speaks of the reason only demanding that they call him by his nicknames or his last name. Afterward, He spoke to no one and kept silent about everything that he had experienced while with his father. He let go of the hatred and anger and rage he had let build for so long by meditating daily. He vowed that he would find those responsible if it took him a lifetime, but he never said what he would do once he found them. He has been enlightened and filled with an inner peace that is unexplainable. He doesn't show any signs of sadness nor regret nor any other emotion and it is that calmness, that overwhelming sense of peace that causes his enemies to shiver when they face him.
