Bizarlund

Keahi woke up and rolled over to look at her alarm clock. The beeping alarm part of it was switched off since today was the first day of the weekend. Hurray! Keahis' pet cat, Bobbles, strode past and started purring. Keahi smiled then fixed her eyes on the bright red numbers which read 9:22 AM. She was late...the show would nearly be over. Her favourite show was on at 9:00 AM, and it was called Moonlit Demons. She absolutely loved the show. She flung herself off the bed, nearly stepping on Bobbles' tail, and raced down the stairs in her silky black pyjamas, decorated with light grey lacing. She rushed into the living room and turned on the Telly. It was currently showing some breakfast show on an unknown channel. Keahi quickly picked up the remote and flicked through the many channels, then pressed OK when it showed LaDeDa TV. Drat, too late! It was just showing the "Next Time..." bit of Moonlit Demons. She sighed and fell back onto her comfy, black sofa. Suddenly the news came on. It was saying someone had set out and prepared to cross many oceans just to find one wise man living in Firata. Keahi was about to turn the telly off but decided to listen. The news carried on to say that this man was the wisest in the world, and could answer almost any question, or cure any disease. Firata was found in the middle of the Atalin ocean, where the Fatima isles were. On the largest isle(62 miles x 76 miles), where various "lands". Not cities, towns or villages, but just plain "lands". Firata was one of them. This man came from Bukimi(about 17 miles from Bizarlund), and was currently sailing across the Titabil ocean, soon to arrive on the continent of Asha. At this the news ended. Keahi then strolled over to the telly and tuned it off. Then sluggishly walked up back to her room, where she opened up her netbook and turned it on, where she would do some more research on what and where Firata was.
