Name: Jace Colton Foster
Nickname: Jace
Age: 22
Major: Physical Education
Sexuality: Heterosexual
House: Sigma Chi Delta
Thoughts on being a Sigma: "LOVE it. Mainly the endless supply of girls...we Sigmas NEVER seem to run out of them...but, yeah. Wouldn't have it any other way. Being the president of Sigma's pretty fucking hard, though...you've gotta keep up your reputation with the other guys, but still set an example for the pledges...which can be a hassle...but somehow I've managed so far. It's all good."
Likes:
- Football - Jace is an EXTREMELY sporty guy, often the first to engage in any sort of physical activity, and one of his favourites would be football. "And chicks dig the sporty shit, right?"
- Basketball - Jace's other favourite sport. Mainly because he's considerably tall and can actually play it pretty damn well.
- Girls - Jace is a REAL ladies man, and being the President of Sigma Chi Delta has given him the perk of getting all the girls he wants. Fair enough, they go after him hoping they can change him and tie him down, but he just likes the female attention. He also likes to watch them try, just for the fun of it.
- Alcohol - Jace is a heavy drinker, because of the fact he was never allowed alcohol when he was younger and so makes up for it now. He just likes a drink, really...and it helps him have more fun when he's out.
- Parties - this is mainly because of one simple equation: 'Parties + chicks + alcohol = HAPPY JACE'. He'll have a good time anywhere, but somewhere crowded with loud music and beer is his perfect environment...besides being inside one of the girls' beds, anyway.
- Having fun - this pretty much speaks for itself. Jace is a happy-go-lucky guy, who just wants to have a good time.
- Laughing - again, this one's pretty obvious. Laughing also gives Jace a chance to flash his signature smile, and get the particular girl he's after that night.
- Shy girls - although the girls that mainly pay attention to Jace are the bitches or the party girls, he kind of has a thing for the girls that are relatively quiet and more studious than most. Probably just because those girls don't let on that they're interested in him, really...and he likes that.
- 'The chase' - In some ways, Jace is like a cat: he'll play with his prey for a while, THEN take what he wants, and move on. A fan of the chase, but once he's got the girl, he's not interested.
- Flirting - being naturally charming and knowing EXACTLY what to say to a woman, Jace is ALWAYS flirting. Usually, he has an ulterior motive, but sometimes it's just for fun.
Dislikes:
- Miserable weather - because of the fact Jace loves sports and physical activity, it's needless to say any weather that prevents him from doing such things outdoors is something that he is not too keen on.
- Bitchy people - this can apply to both girls, AND boys. It sounds ironic when it is thought that all the boys in his house are like that, but you find that they're just fun-loving guys. It's the GENUINELY bitchy people he can't stand, but the difference is with girls, he'll tolerate that shit from them up until they give him what he wants.
- People hurting his little sister Ashleigh - if there's one thing Jace is protective of, it's her. That's just how it's always been with him. Fair enough, he uses girls like that, but knowing about her love for bad boys, the one thing he doesn't want is to see that happen to her.
- People who misunderstand him - he can't stand that in a person. If they're going to make an assumption on him, they can do it behind his back, not to his face. That way, he doesn't give a shit.
- People who judge a book by it's cover - whether it's about him or anyone else in Fulton, he'll be the first to stand up for them if he hears someone judging them when he's around. That's the main part of his caring side that nobody really knows about or searches for.
- Video games - perhaps it's just because sports are a big part of his life, but he just doesn't understand how people can sit on their asses on a games console all day and feel fulfilled with their day. It makes no sense to him.
- Chick flicks - although he'll force himself to sit through one with a girl if he sees a possible hook up at the end of the tunnel, but for the most part he HATES them. "I mean...real life just ISN'T like that shit you see on TV and in movies, y'know?"
Fears:
- Having to leave Fulton - simply put, Fulton is probably the best thing that's ever happened to Jace, considering he's not too fussed with study and just wants to have a good time, something it DOES offer him, and he worked REALLY hard to become president of the Sigma house. So leaving would just tear him apart.
- His good looks deteriorating - another thing which means a LOT to Jace is his appearance. Needless to say, he would not be him without them.
Personality: Jace is a total party boy, the complete opposite of his younger sister Ashleigh. He LOVES drinking, dancing, going out with his friends and coming home in the early hours of the morning, which, as you can imagine, doesn't do much for his studies. However, there's practically no use trying to help him now...he's WAY too far gone to be saved.
He CAN be sweet and caring, believe it or not...but not often. Most of the time he's just a bit of a jerk when it comes to girls. Guys are a completely different matter...he can actually be himself with them, without any of the girls being able to see past what he wants. Basically, he's like a shark: dangerous, and only wants ONE thing. But it never seems to make him any less cool, so it's all good to him.
An avid fan of sports, Jace is often found around Fulton carrying a ball under his arm, a bottle of water and wearing some sort of gym kit after playing a long day of sports or hitting the gym. This is what's gifted him the body he has and gets him whatever girl he wants, so it's incredibly important as you'd imagine. He's also not too bad when it comes to pledges: he'll put on a good show and ramp Sigma house up to the glory of what it is, and when him and the other Sigma boys talk enough about the parties and girls, pledges are usually a common thing.
He's also VERY protective towards his younger sister, which seems rather odd due to his nature with girls. While he'll bed and then discard countless numbers of women, if that ever happened to her, he'd be devastated. He'd push himself through it, but he'd be upset that he hadn't done anything about it nonetheless. This is mainly because he knows about how vulnerable she is, and because he promised his parents he'd watch out for her when she was readying to follow him into Fulton.
Overall, Jace is a friendly character who attempts to put up a tough exterior, but it can be broken down easily to show his true nature: a charming and funny young man with a slight obsession for the ladies.
History: Jace was an unplanned baby, sometimes called 'an accident' by his father when he REALLY winds him up. However, on the first few years of his life, he was the apple of his parents' eyes, and lived a pretty good life. That being said, the sweetness and cuteness Jace has possessed from such a young age inspired both his mother and his father to make their families bigger, and when he was four years old, his younger sister Ashleigh was born.
While at first thinking he wasn't keen on Ashleigh, they soon bonded and became really good friends as well as siblings: doing absolutely EVERYTHING together and refusing to do the same things apart. Which, although fine at the time, had to stop once Jace enrolled in school.
It was at school that Jace discovered how easy he found it to make friends, both male and female. He soon became very popular in his year, but unfortunately, the more people liked him, the less he tried when it came to classwork, which in turn got him in a lot of trouble with the teachers. The strange thing was though, he just didn't really care.
When Jace became a teenager, he started noticing things like alcohol, parties and girls, and it was a quick transition from just a child who liked to cause trouble, to a completely out of control teenage boy. The obsession with these things usually meant he would stay out at a party or just out with friends all night, only coming home in the early hours of the morning and sometimes not coming home at all, which was considerably worrying for a boy of his age. However, when his parents would question it, he would tell them that they wouldn't understand, because they'd never been young like he had and he knew all: typical thoughts for any teenager to think at the time. His parents hoped it was just a phase, but when it carried on to when he was enrolled in Fulton, his parents accepted it was more a lifestyle than a temporary thing. He joined the Sigma house, and his nature combined with his ability to charm almost about anyone quickly pulled himself up to the role of president, a role he greately appreciates to this day.
