Personality: Jane Michaels is one of those girls who never disappoints her parents, dresses up for Sunday church, and keeps to herself unless she's extremely comfortable around you. She's a delight to be around and very witty. Most people don't catch onto the fact that Jane's sarcastic because she uses her sarcasm in the politest way possible. She'll insult you while smiling and you just assume she's being playful. The girl prefers the silence to sound and would much rather spend a day reading a good book rather than be at a wild party. She's classy and secure with herself and knows just who she is. Janie can get a little emotional at times, but only when things hit close to home. She wears her emotions on her face and doesn't care what people think of her. She's pretty much an open book.
History: Jane Michaels entered this world on a sunny day in July. Her father, a military man, was deployed at the time. Her mother, being as strong as she was, drove herself to the hospital and endured a twenty-eight hour labor. When all was said and done, she was swaddling a beautiful baby girl. For the first few months of her life, Jane was known to family and friends as Girl Michaels. Her mother, Emmalin, refused to name her baby girl until her husband was a part of the process. When he finally returned from his second tour in Iraq, they decided that Jane fit their angel perfectly. Luck seemed to be in favor of the Michaels family. Jane's father, Henry, was promoted and would remain home, no longer an active duty soldier. Emmalin and Henry were ecstatic that they would be raising their only child together.
Jane was raised properly, learning her manners and attending church every Sunday. She never caused problems for her parents as they were expected to keep up appearances for her father's reputation. Living on an Army base wasn't always fun, but Jane didn't consider going out and drinking much fun anyway. She learned to paint and spent much time with her mom or other children on the base. When she graduated school she was named Valedictorian and her parents were very proud of her. They weren't too enthused with her choice of Connor, but Jane felt she needed to make the decision on her own for once. Surprisingly, he parents supported her.
Anything else: It's no secret that Jane admires the structure of the Thetas, but both her mother and her grandmother were Alphas, making her an Alpha Legacy. She has pressure coming from her family to pledge Alpha.
