Physical Description: Sports shaggy black hair. Often wears a blue vest with short white sleeves over a black shirt, along with pale indigo jeans. Also wears a gold ankh-shaped pendant around his neck. His left hand is made of mummy-bandages, and protrudes from a black cuff around his arm.
Personality: Upbeat and eager. It seems that no matter how much bad stuff happens to him, he'll pick himself back up pretty soon and keep on going - a regular pollyanna. Of course, even this changes when PTSD attacks kick in. He may get reduced to a quivering wreck or get very angry. What's more, when his Deus-X form is triggered, he becomes very serious, befitting of a god.
History: A Sky Zoiskar hailing from the once-grand streets of Santa Vida. He's been through a lot of hell - his father was murdered, his brother ended up missing, and on his 16th birthday, he risked his own life to save many others. However, his perseverence was recognized, and for that he was entrusted with the power of a Zoiskar, a living god. With this blessing, Andy has agreed to use these powers to save everyone from the looming threat of those of evil intent, and of the soul-devouring Teraskar. It's said that his powers are the same ones utilized by the Zoiskar of soul guidance and judgment, Anubis.
Equipment: He's armed with the skateboard that his brother gave him for his eighth birthday. It's reinforced by Andy's blessing, and can be magnetized to the soles of his feet at will. His manifested mummy-bandage hand, the christened "Hand of Fate", is Andy's channel for casting occults (spectral manipulation). It can also be "weaved" into various shapes, giving Andy a lot of battle/exploration options.
Abilities: As a Sky Zoiskar, Andy is versed in occults of the Wind, Lightning, Soul, and Music elements. The most frequent of each kind are Holy Wind (a small controlled twister), Surge of Ankh (an electrified grind), Spectral Round (a mist shot from a "Boomstick"-shaped Hand of Fate), and White Noise (a blast of harmonic noise). There are advanced occults like Primordial Spark (an electric orb that draws enemies inward), Gustbuster (a vacuum-style technique that sucks up stuff), and Slash Williams (uses a chainsaw-shaped Hand of Fate, which can penetrate nearly any defense). Using them takes a lot out of him, though. Another special Lightning occult of his can heal others.
Other: Andy is highly susceptible to fire - as in, it will burn away his misty flesh. If he gets burned to nothing but bones, it's game over. Also, with enough faith and enough defiance in the face of death, he can access a special Zoiskar mutation, called a Deus-X. His in particular transforms him into a jackal-headed superhuman, a more spitting image of the original Anubis. In this state, he can glide around freely.

- Gale Rush: Wind occult. Basically, a tackle reinforced by sacred wind.
- Holy Wind: Wind occult. Conjures a small twister at a designated spot. All-purpose for defense, trapping, and surprise attacks.
- Windshield: Wind occult. Makes winds swirl around to create a mystical shield.
- Circuit Grind: Lightning occult. Zips around on his board in designated directions, even through the air.
- Jolt Snake: Lightning occult. Creates a bouncing electric orb that attracts to foes.
- Spark of Life: Lightning occult. This unusual spectral shock will heal the target, but requires focus.
- Vengeance: Soul occult. Creates a ring of phantasmal energy that follows him for a while.
- Boomspecter: Soul occult. A fierce, quick shot of spectral energy from a shotgun-shaped Hand of Fate.
- Gaze of Guilt: Soul occult. Flashes a fierce glare forth, agonizing foes with their own crimes. Soulless targets will become confused.
- White Noise: Music occult. Summons a sudden wub of harmonic energy around himself. Ghosts hate this occult.
- Bass Blaster: Music occult. Shapes his Hand of Fate into an arm cannon, which fires a laser of pure harmonic energy.
- Planet Rhythm: Music occult. Becomes in-tune with the planet's vibe, recovering health gradually.
- Gustbuster: Wind occult that he devised while with Kid Pleiades. His Hand of Fate becomes a vacuum cleaner, sucking in air (and incoming projectiles) and shooting out a wind-ball (with whatever else he sucked up).
- Rushing Bolt: Lightning occult cooked up while with Zack Musyplo. Creates an electric stream that rushes forward along the ground.
- Justice Hand: Soul occult invented while with Nadine Graive. The Hand of Fate creates an even bigger hand of spectral energy, stunning struck foes.
- Pep Rally: Music occult thought up while with Kari Transie. Harnesses harmonic energy to give himself and allies a power/speed boost.
- Cyclone: A mighty wind occult. Surrounds self in a large tornado, acting as a shield and a weapon.
- Primordial Spark: A mighty lightning occult. Creates an electric orb that hovers in place, drawing foes inward before exploding.
- Slash Williams: A mighty soul occult. A chainsaw-shaped Hand of Fate is used to cleave into enemies, going through any defense. It's a tiring move, though.
- Heavens' Cry: A mighty music occult. Blasts forth wave after wave of harmonic energy.

Trivia
- Andy's name shares the same first two letters as the name Anubis/Anpu. Incidentally, his name also comes from "Andreas", a Greek name meaning "brave/manly". In modern slang, "andy" refers to someone regarded as awesome or "godly".
- His last name, "Canis", is the Latin term for "dog", and is the basis for the term "canid" (referring to animals like dogs, jackals, wolves, foxes, etc.).
- Anubis is sometimes regarded as a guide for lost souls, which is where Andy's "compass" ability comes from, so he can find his way. And of course, Anubis is a judge of sins, the basis for many of Andy's Soul-based occults like Gaze of Guilt, Vengeance, and Justice Hand.
- Boomspecter and Slash Williams both derive from Ash Williams of the Evil Dead movies, the former relating to Ash's gun of choice (the Boomstick) and the latter referring to when he equipped a chainsaw to the metal-plated stump of his arm.
- Amusingly, Justice Hand is based on one of Phoenix Wright's attacks in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - namely, the large magic finger point in Turnabout Mode.
- Both the Lightning and Music elements relate to the Wind element in some way - lightning is a related weather phenomenon that comes from friction between air particles, and music involves the vibration of air.
- Andy shares some traits with Allen Walker of D.Gray Man - both fight evil spirits, and they each have a shapeshifting arm.
- Overall, Andy can be classified as a "combat paramedic", able to zip around and heal his allies while holding his own. His role alongside the other three main characters in Neo Pantheon (Kaia, Quennel, and Parthis) is also similar to the combat roles of Ninten, Ness, and Lucas in the Mother series - that is, capable of putting up a fight while also being the main healers of the party.
