Physical Description: A bipedal yellow dragon with a blue underbelly and various colored circuits across her body. She has long white hair (with red, yellow, and blue streaks) bound in a ponytail, blue thunderbolt-shaped sidebangs, three black horns (also have colored circuits on them), two small turbine-like appendages on her back, and a plug-shaped formation on her tail's tip. She wears several black bracers (with neon circuits in them), a headset of some sort, and a purple crystal lens over her eyes.
Personality: Very lively and fluid, she loves to party almost as much as Natsumi. However, Elysia is also incredibly clever and calculating, deducing how to make use of anything around herself. She's equal part business and party.
History: Awakening from the memory fragments was a breath of fresh air for Elysia, who immediately set out to the forests, practicing her electric drum routine. However, she found it annoying that the Gorbis and the Blood Tigers kept interrupting her. This eventually led to her accidentally attacking Damian and company with a JOLT! However, she cooled her jets when she realized they were also out to stop the Gorbis and the Blood Tigers. She's willing to lend her abilities to the cause if it means she can play off the climax with a cracking BOOM!

Abilities: As a Raijo, she wields lightning oneirites, shaping electricity into various attacks. She likes to create a myriad of traps with her oneirites, taking full control of her surroundings. Many of her basic attacks involve striking circular photon pads like drums to create shockwaves. She can also fly via electromagnetism, and her senses are amplified at least twofold.
Other: Raijos aren't used to freezing temperatures, so Elysia will be unable to generate enough electricity in cold areas or if frozen. Also, Raijos' voices tend to experience distortions due to their electrical buildup. Elysia's voice almost sounds like autotune.

Specific Moves
- Data Sphere: Sets one of four different colored spheres in midair (red, green, blue, purple). She can swat them to send them flying forth. They can bounce off surfaces.
- Polarity Shift: Makes two of her Data Spheres create a bolt between themselves, zapping any foe in the bolt's way.
- Bolt Swath: Creates a fan of thunderbolts forth from her paw. She can also make one of her Data Spheres create the bolts.
- Turbo Buster: Rushes straight forth, barreling down any foes in her way.
- Shock Absorber: Creates an electric shield in front that absorbs blows taken and translates them into dream energy.
- Drumroll: Sends forth a row of electric drum bursts along the ground, one after another.
- Magnet Reel: Intensifies electromagnetism, drawing foes closer to her. Good for reeling in things, especially metal things. She can even apply this to one of her Data Spheres.
- Warp Rave: Teleports right to a given Data Sphere. Good for outmaneuvering foes.
- Ion Fresh: Creates a field with electrotherapeutic effects, healing and reinvigorating herself and allies.
- Lightning Zone: Emulates a thunderstorm area. Strengthens electric powers while making anyone that's soaked suffer more damage from attacks.
- Polarity Overload: Makes all Data Spheres surge with each other, then explode with intense electric energy.
- Trance Thunder: Does a dance that summons many rains of colorful thunderbolts over her foes.

- Her specie name, Raijo, is a re-spelling of "raijou", a Japanese lightning beast.
- The flower lock in her mane (there should've been one drawn here...) resembles an iris, which symbolizes wisdom.
- Her instrument projection is drum pads.
- The emblem in her chest is that of the Japanese lightning god Raijin/Raiden.
- Elysia's neon attire is based on outfits worn by ravers. Her autotune voice is also based on rave/trance culture.
