Physical Description: Stands at 5'6". His sleek silver hair contains high traces of mithril, which is common amongst nephilims of the "Raijou" classification. He typically wears his standard crime-watch uniform - consists of a dark-green undershirt, a black insulated bulletproof vest, gray slacks, black leather boots, and insulated black gloves. He also wears a pair of discerning shades. On the back of his vest is an emblem resembling a green bolt crossed with white chains.
Personality: He's typically strict, as to be expected from a cop. However, he really fires up when he's prompted into battle. Hate, grudges, fears, those all seem to melt away when he's thrust into combat. Of course, if he's torn between two critical objectives, he himself becomes emotionally torn. Of course, if he's pushed to his limits, he'll go into a Trance, taking the form of the Chained Wolf. When that happens, his very wrath flares out! Oh, and he loses a lot of mercy.
History: Just a typical young crime-watch officer of Blitzerph...who can control electricity. He's a nephal, the child of a human and a laestein ("wingless angels", supernatural creatures restricted to the Midgard plane of Earth). However, due to an incident where he lost control of his psionic powers and nearly destroyed a major urban area, Jagger was suspended from the force. Now, he has to keep chains on his true might and find a way to redeem his position.
Equipment: None. He fights with his hands and feet.
Abilities: Jagger primarily channels electricity. He can apply electric charge to any of his attacks, even firing a ball of concentrated electricity forth like a bullet (Etherball). He can also control electromagnetism, even levitating himself for a brief period of time. He has also manipulated ions to conduct or displace heat, causing bursts of fire from his hands (Ionic Flare) or making an area experience a flash-freeze (Ionic Freeze).
Other: As stated above, Jagger may breach his limits and break into a Trance, mutating his whole body into the form of the Chained Wolf. In this form, his body is cloaked in many ethereal ribbons, which can be used for attacking as well. He's also faster and stronger in this state. However, it's only temporary, and he might experience a bit of fatigue when he's forced to revert back to normal.

Specific Moves
- Etherball: 20 pounds of air are compressed within a static membrane and launched forth. This is his basic projectile.
- Dynamo Roundhouse: A chargeable roundhouse kick empowered by electric charge.
- Shock Absorber: Creates an electromagnetic barrier to block off attacks for a little bit.
- Ionic Flare: An ionikinetic art that makes blue fire erupt forth from his hands.
- Ionic Freeze: An ionikinetic art that creates a flash-freeze in front. Requires more focus than Ionic Flare.
- Magnet Flight: For a little while, he can levitate himself using electromagnetism. He can't fly and attack at the same time, though.
- Magnet Break: An uppercut reinforced by magnetic repulsion.
- Magnet Pull: Focuses on a target and draws him/her/it closer with electromagnetism.
- Magnet Repulsion: A fierce blast in front using magnetic repulsion, used specifically to send foes flying.
- Blitz Howl: A large beam of lightning shot forward.
- Magnet Gladius: A diving kick supported by magnetic flight and electric strength.
- Ionic Scramble: Surrounds self in a fluctuating field of heat and cold.
- Elemental Chaos: (Trance only) Messes around with surrounding ions, making them fluctuate from lightning burst to fire burst to flash-freeze.
- Ether Glaive: (Trance only) Essentially a bigger stronger Etherball.
- Ragnarok Edge: (Trance only) His most powerful move, he grabs his victim, magnetizing a palm to him/her/it, and striking through with a blade created by his electrokinesis and the victim's internal metal. This is potentially fatal, and he usually reserves it for the worst of the worst.

Trivia
- Comes from "jaeger", German for "hunter/fighter", and "herz", German for "heart". So, his name can literally mean "heart of a fighter".
- Incidentally, "blitz" is German for "lightning", and Jagger's home country is Blitzerph. The last syllable in it is a spelling corruption of "seraph", so the very name may relate to fallen angels, much like how Satan himself "fell from the sky like lightning". However, Blitzerph as a whole is the remains of Atlantis, which fell to ruins as the Grigori, the angels watching over it, were barred from the heavens for the war that caused this.
- Ionic Flare and Ionic Freeze are both based on the two powers that Cole MacGrath can get with the Power Transfer Device in inFAMOUS 2.
- An intended line for his Magnet Gladius attack is "It levitates ME!", reference to when M. Bison used electromagnetism to levitate in his battle with Guile in the notorious live-action movie.
- Jagger's Trance form is a wolf bound with cloth chains. It's essentially a reference to Fenrir, a legendary wolf that was bound by ribbons made from elements that don't exist until the time of Ragnarok, in which the world would end. This also explains his Final Lore move, Ragnarok Edge.
