MORDRED DI'NOTTE -Crimson Hood-
Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - Doctor Doom's Theme
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Specie: Draconian
Physical Description: A tall man with shaggy black hair, with a single lavender horn protruding from the top of his head. He also has two indigo dragon wings. He wears a sleeveless blue tunic (with red lining), dark-blue breeches, blue greave-enforced boots, and an armored bracer all across his right arm.
Personality: As one individual (who will remain anonymous) stated, Mordred is "the opposite of sunshine and rainbows". He's almost always dead-serious and devoted to the mission at hand. This could be what makes him a great leader in battle, too. Oh, and he'd rather NOT talk about his cheating father.
History: A sergeant of Coroinoir's army. His father was a scoundrel who captured a member of Coroinoir's royal family and...well, you know. Mordred's mother didn't view him as a result of a crime, but he still harbored some guilt over the incident. From then on, he joined the military, distancing himself from his feelings. This has given him a rather cold impression. In the midst of the war campaign, he was forced to partake in some questionable activities...
Equipment: Wields the legendary weapon Ragnarok, a brother sword to Excalibur. Its intent can change with the wielder's - in Mordred's hands, it can project a swift-striking blade, a magic arm-cannon, and a wide shield.
Abilities: Can wield ice magic to freeze foes solid. Also controls shadow aura. Both vary depending on the form that Ragnarok takes. His large wings also add a boost to his jumping abilities. Possibly due to his years of advanced training, he possesses superhuman strength, able to smash through a stone wall with his bare hands.
Other: Drive in battle will fuel his true draconian form (referred as a Flux). Large and slender, he has swift flight, and his magic/aura strength is vastly increased as well.

Trivia
- Mordred's name does indeed come from the dark knight Mordred in Arthurian legend, who rivaled Arthur and eventually slew him.
- Mordred uses the same elements wielded by Ragna the Bloodedge and Jin Kisaragi (darkness and ice). He incidentally shares traits from them (not Jin's childish yandere attitude).
- His weapon, Ragnarok, is named for the "end of days" in Norse legend, as well as many powerful swords in RPGs (and a powerful l'Cie form in Final Fantasy 13 that could potentially destroy a fal'Cie with ease).
- Mordred can use a shield-like weapon and ice magic, much like Vexen of Organization XIII.
- The Shield Bash is used by Link in Twilight Princess to daze struck foes.
- His Cold Reach is almost like Red's Dragon Bite, but with ice instead of fire.
- A few of Mordred's shadow techniques can relate to some of the Demoman's weapons - namely the Grenade Launcher, the Chargin' Targe, and his various bladed melee weapons.
