In the midst of the Grand War, Patricia was kidnapped by slave traders under the employ of the Medici Family. She was later rescued by the staff of Anti-Skullgirl Lab 8. With her consent, she underwent Project:Peacock, becoming one of the best ASG soldiers in existence. The eyes of the Argus System expand her vision and fire specialized Z-rays, and the Avery Unit grants some uncanny hammerspace...among other effects.

Time as a war slave hasn't been kind to Peacock's psyche. She's developed a penchant for murder and mayhem, but keeps even that in check when it's movie time.

"Really..." Peacock uttered. Just then, one of her mechanisms came back online - her radio receiver. "(!) Hey, I got contact again!" The Argus eye that she sent after Red and Leilanie was sending back a feed. "(?) Hey...what's this??" She could see the incident happening at Bacaina Shrine. The audio was turned on for all to hear...

Who the hell are you, and why are you following us? Answer!

My, my! Such a firey personality! I suppose I should be glad I didn't bring Ripsaw with me, in the end; poor fellow would have likely tried to cut you down on the spot for brandishing a blade like that at me, much to my chagrin. But I digress...I am Plantium, lord of the Metal Legion - villain, tyrant, warmonger extraordinaire, would-be-ruler of the world, blah blah blah and so forth. You may, or may not, have heard of me here and there. I would suppose not, seeing as I have been removed from.. larger play, for some time. As for why I'm here, let's simply say it's the wondrous powers of curiosity at work - nearly the same case as everyone else involved in this little scavenger hunt of yours... for the most part, anyway.

(!) I was afraid of that...! Figured there would be a reason for a research-centric type like Dr. Valentine to pursue the 'treasure'! Now then...what is it YOU know about it? What's your reason for the hunt?

"The Metal Legion?!" Claptrap was shrugs, "Hah! He's just bluffing. I don't think he has an army. In fact, he's just saying that because they want people to fear him and run away."

Claptrap has disbeliefs that Plantium actually means it, and he is completely unaware of his units. In short, Claptrap thinks Plantium is crazy.

"But I still can't believe they gave us the WRONG location-- WAIT, if I was wrong, then... that means-- AAAAHHHHHH!!!"

A lightning bolt finally hits Claptrap and electricutes him painfully. Claptrap falls down and is knocked the fuck out. He should've learned better.

Unfortunately, it would appear I have inadvertently exposed myself to said greater masses far sooner than I had hoped.. So, I will likely have to send a few partygoers home early. While I do so, those of you who happen to be listening might have a much more glamorous time if you get a move on to the Spliced Woods ahead of me as - considering the hints we have been given - it is likely that is where the next key piece is. I can't promise I won't catch up, of course...

"(!) Spliced Woods! That's what the DNA symbol was about - them woods is where the ol' genetic projects of Old Haven got ditched!" said Peacock.

"Things just got worse..." Jagger commented. "If the Metal Legion IS in on this, then they may very well rise again."
