No one can quite comprehend completely how she functions. She can sprint at supersonic speeds, fit inside otherwise small spaces, and consume at least ten times what most ponies can. Her sanity is questionable most of the time, too...

"Well, strippin' a grove of golden fruit don't sound like a run-o'-the-mill prank to me," Applejack commented. "Now if only we hadn't lost track of that spectral varmint...!"

"Hang on - I'll figure out the best path." Pinkie Pie looked around at the surrounding routes, pointing to them in rhythm with this tune:

"Peter Pepper picked a lime, 'cuz a stitch in time will rescue nine~ When all's in doubt, go ask a trout, and he will sneer 'The way is...' THERE!"

And so Pinkie Pie started down this random path blissfully.

"{sigh} Well, a Pinkie hunch is better than nothin'." And so, Applejack followed along.
