Physical Description: A tall, slender man wearing a mostly white suit with blue stripes running all along it. The suit covers his entire body, except for his eyes, which are bionic and almost owl-like.
Personality: Shatter is very calm and collected almost all of the time, expressing an almost gentle nature. Do not let this fool you, however--Shatter is capable of the most atrocious of acts, all in the name of his mysterious mission. Perhaps that makes him all the more chilling...
Equipment & Abilities: Shatter has the ability to charge practically anything he touches with kinetic energy, making it explode not long afterwards. (hence the name) He can also shoot lasers out of his bionic eyes, and can extend razor-sharp claws from his suit's fingertips.
History: Nothing is known of Shatter's past. Where he came from, how he obtained his powers, what he even looks like underneath his suit... all of it is a mystery. What is known is that here in the present, he is attempting to make the world's heroes "better" by any means necessary. He has a particular interest in Sockie, and seeks to cause him much misery to "improve" him...

Shatter's Story

"Ah, the younger Mario brother." says a voice from behind Luigi. "Unable to rise up from his brother's shadow, and therefore unable to grasp the glory that should be his."
If Luigi turns around, he should see a man in a blue-and-white suit leaning against a tree, bionic eyes staring right at him.

"AAAAAHH!!!" Luigi got a bit of a jumpscare from a stranger, "Who are you and why did you follow me?!"
"Yes, Luigi. Help you. I've already taken the liberty of setting up an exercise for you to complete."
"Oh, it's quite simple. I have just planted several bombs across the city, and you must find and disarm them all before they detonate. Here, you'll need this."
Shatter tosses a map to Luigi.

"Don't worry, as long as you use the map, you should be able to find all of them." replies Shatter. "You have thirty minutes. Good luck, Luigi."
"Oh no- oh no- oh no--!!!!!" Luigi starts to panic and rushes out of the house. He checks the map while running nervously, "The town will explode if I don't hurry up...!"
There are several red dots on the map, each presumably representing a bomb. The closest to Luigi is at a nearby park.
Luigi arrives at the park. A couple of Toad villagers are moseying along and unaware that there is a bomb present.
Luigi has an idea.
"Hey, can you dig anywhere? Please?" Luigi requests the dog, even though it may sound silly talking to it.

The dog continues to stare, not understanding Luigi. It does suddenly perk up and look over at a nearby tree, though...
