Physical Description: A red Sniper Bill (which is essentially a Bullet Bill armed with a sniper scope), always smoking a smokeless cigar.
Personality: The Apathy, as his name might suggest, doesn’t care about anything. He doesn’t even care enough to talk to people, and spends a whole lot of time staring into space because to him, that’s as interesting as anything else.
History: The Apathy used to work for a crack commando unit under Bowser’s command, but something happened to the rest of the unit, leaving him the sole survivor and an exile from Magma Land. Not like he cared, he just kept on shooting people if he felt like it. He was drafted into service by the Marksmen, but whether or not he realizes they’re under Majestic’s rule now is unknown. He doesn’t care, though, that much is certain.
Equipment: The Apathy is armed with a sniper rifle. It’s nothing special but he’s a crack shot with it.
Abilities: The Apathy has a strange ability to ignore most wounds and continue on like he’s not injured, but he can still feel pain. Any amount of damage that would destroy a Sniper Bill works just fine on The Apathy.
Other: I originally designed The Apathy as a parody of Cobra from MGS3 but he turned more and more into an expy of The End.

Description
So begins...
The Apathy's Story
The name "Midas" and the word "Majestic" is all Lucas gets, because the scan is cut off by "Alex" suddenly disappearing and reappearing behind Lucas.
"Naughty, naughty," said "Alex". "You'll have to buy me dinner first."

Lucas quickly turned toward "Alex". "Thought you looked familiar...Midas." The dragon phantom's claws started sparking with an indigo electricity as he dove at Midas, striking with several electrified slashes.
"Feel the might of Atmo!!" Lucas conjured an Atmo Zone around Midas, an electric spherical area that shocked the Koopa fiercely.

Midas is shocked fiercely and thrown to the floor.
"Wonderful," said Midas, still disguised as Alex. "One insane dragon boy thinks I'm not Alex. The plans of the White Platoon are ruined forever. All is lost. We had better retreat now, the plan to kill Judah surely failed."
Several news crews have by now shown up, reporting on the scene. Midas teleports over to one of them.
"Tell me something," asked Midas. "Do I look like Alexander von Koopa to you?"
"... Yes?" asked a reporter.
"Good," said Midas. "Unlike some people you can see things and make the obvious conclusion."
Midas stabs the reporter.

Meanwhile, Judah escapes via the back entrance, watching from an alley as the embassy starts to crumble under the vicious assault of the giant robot. Unfortunately for Judah, the escape exit wasn't as secret as he thought, as a katana suddenly impales Judah straight through the chest. The katana glows with dark energy - not that any of it is necessary to accomplish its task of killing the American ambassador. As Judah drops to the ground, a hooded figure drops a smoke bomb on the ground and vanishes...

Bad choice - Lucas's dragon phantom seized Midas (without the blade) in both claws, holding him in the air in a shell-crushing grip.
"Sometimes, you have to see past the obvious to find the truth!" Lucas growled. "And I'm doubly onto your organization now. I will find Majestic and bring it to justice!"

Several darts suddenly hit Lucas - darts fired by "Patches", ones that are designed to shut down all neurological activity to and from the brain. Meanwhile, reporters talk into the cameras about how this crazed dragon man is ranting about Majestic, an organization that, according to official record, does not exist.

The embassy by now is completely destroyed, along with the defenses that the troops set up. If only, say, a private military force, or a dude with a dragon for a soul, was there to help. The giant robot then alters course, heading for the site of the battle with the White Platoon.

"!!!" Lucas was indeed fading out quickly, losing consciousness...However, his dragon phantom didn't. It remained awake, and seemed to retain Lucas's thoughts and senses, his body being supported by the floating phantom like a windchime.
"...? Wait...how did I even...? (!)" It's then that Lucas realized - this dragon phantom IS him! He still had a grip on Midas, too. He saw the robot laying waste to the city, and realized he should hurry while his body still has life in it. "Okay, I...I still feel faint...What if I can't wake my body up in time...?? I've gotta get a medic, fast!"
That said, Lucas (phantom) levitated toward the robot, his body supported by the back and Midas clenched in his phantasmal claws. He had to make haste...

Meanwhile, Parasoul parried "Dr. Y"'s kick with a knee strike, using Krieg to plant several napalm tears onto him before leaping back. She then struck Krieg into the ground, detonating the tears and swallowing "Dr. Y" in the explosion.

He saw the robot laying waste to the city, and realized he should hurry while his body still has life in it. "Okay, I...I still feel faint...What if I can't wake my body up in time...?? Amy left the place now. I'm gonna assume that she sees a takeover and escapes as quickly as she can. Next time, WAIT for me to post. Also, I don't think she wants any part of it. :|
Lucas's dragon phantom hears the incoming bullets and swats them away with his wing. His breathing is getting rather heavy, though - his body's losing life fast.
It's then that "Patches" is cut into by a gunblade from behind. The wielder, Lightning, added insult to injury by charring "Patches" with a Fire spell.

"Patches" doesn't seem to notice and keeps firing on Lucas.

Lucas's dragon phantom again parries the shots with his wing. Lightning then uses her gunblade to slice apart "Patches"'s rifle.

"Dr. Y" grabs Parasoul by the wrist before she can pierce him, and hurls her towards "Erix," who smashes her into the ground.

"Terrus," who has now transformed into a giant octopus, suddenly grabs Lightning with one of his tentacles and begins squeezing her.

"Terrus," who has now transformed into a giant octopus, suddenly grabs Lightning with one of his tentacles and begins squeezing her.
"Patches" drops "her" broom rifle... and pulls out another one, this one with explosive rounds, and keeps opening fire. Meanwhile, the paths of the giant robot and Lucas finally intersect. It recognizes Midas being held in the grip of the spectral dragon... and aims several rocket launchers at Lucas before firing.
Parasoul would have suffered major impact damage, had she not anchored the ground with Krieg's tip, flipping back onto her feet. "I've had worse days." After that, she flings more napalm tears all over "Dr. Y" and "Erix".

Even in his state of weakness, Lucas's dragon phantom blocked the explosive rounds with his wing and quickly held Midas in the way of the incoming rockets.

"(!) Hey!" Lightning wasn't about to submit to "Terrus" that easily, and breaks free of his tentacles with a pulse of electricity. She then sliced clean across him several times with her blade.
Even in his state of weakness, Lucas's dragon phantom blocked the explosive rounds with his wing and quickly held Midas in the way of the incoming rockets.
Midas tucks into his shell and is blown away painfully by the force of the rockets, sailing out of the dragon phantasm's grip and over towards Entropy. The giant robot, no longer identifying Lucas as a threat, turns its fire towards the Black Egrets.
"Erix" immediately wraps his arms tightly around Parasoul after she slaps the napalm tears on him, while "Dr. Y" starts trying to throw as many off of himself as he can.

"Terrus" roars in pain, and starts swinging several of his tentacles at Lightning.

No use - the napalm tears just stick to his hands like superglue. Parasoul can't risk detonating them right now, though - not until she wrenches herself free of "Erix"'s grip.

Lightning leaped away from "Terrus", letting his attack continue at "Patches" and the new rifle. The Egrets are currently on the evasive considering the robot. By now, Lucas's soul felt very faint - his body was about to lose life.
"Just a moment...Esuna!" Lightning cast several orbs of white magic into Lucas's body, neutralizing the neurotoxin.
"...!" The eyes on Lucas's body flashed open, cured of the poison. "Lightning...?"
"It's been a while, kid," Lightning said, helping him to his (physical body's) feet. "Sorry I had to leave before."
"Uh, don't mention it," Lucas replied. "Though...catching up can wait, can't it?"
"Of course." Lightning brandished her gunblade as she surveyed the situation, who should handle what.

Meanwhile, the giant robot keeps up the offensive as Midas grabs Entropy and teleports back onto the airship, figuring that the "White Platoon" is going to need someone on board to provide a quick exit now that the robot's there.
"Erix" continues to hold onto Parasoul, while "Dr. Y" stops trying to get the napalm tears off and walks up to the two, pointing his shotgun at Parasoul's head.
"Tell us how to get these things off, and you just might survive this." says "Dr. Y."

"Terrus" begins grabbing Egrets with his tentacles, and devouring them. He's not a very nice giant octopus.

"...There is a way," Parasoul replied, "but you probably wouldn't like it." With that, she tapped Krieg's tip against "Erix", making the napalm tears on the two explode.

Lucas, with the levitation powers of his soul, zooms at "Terrus" (using his soul's claws to shred up "Patches"'s new rifle on the way) and strikes him skyward. He then delivers a barrage of hits and slashes with his leg and claws by catching the doppelganger in a Sylph Vortex.
Lightning, meanwhile, focused on the robot. She launches a barrage of Thunder and Blizzard spells into it at any perceivable vulnerable spot before leaping up and swinging Razor Gales into its limbs.
