Irene is quiet and outwardly friendly, although, that outer face sometimes cracks and she gives the impression that she’s mentally somewhere else. Rather than coming across as cold though, she just seems distant and spacey. Typically, when she becomes transparent, it’s for good reason: she has periods where she feels disconnected from her body and generally feels like she doesn’t belong on Earth, feeling instead like a changeling. Aside from, and yet including, those points, Irene believes that she knows herself inside and out. She is confident that she knows who she is and that it will never change. She has a strong moral compass and can be rather willful when certain buttons are pushed. Finally, she is curious and does what she can to learn about her interests, even the transient ones.

Irene always knew that she would have a demon as her servant, being born into a rich family, and never expected to be anything but rich. After all, she had enough men in her life to take care of her as long as she remained single. She is, though, getting a little nervous, since she is still single. She was rather a terror as a child, having some difficulty controlling her emotions. As she grew older, though, she mellowed out. During her early teen years, she began to periodically feel dissociated from her body and, due in part to those feelings, came to the conclusion that she may not belong to this plane of existence, but was left here like a changeling. She likes her home and her family well enough, they just feel like actors, sometimes.
