Being raised on an unhealthy diet of encouraged sibling rivalry, all competing to be the strongest, smartest, most perfect, has given Tobias some serious trust issues, superiority complexes and a general lack of ability to make friends. He has a very sharp mind for business and ruthless determination, and if he sees something as necessary, he will stop at nothing to obtain it. On the flip side, however, if he sees something as unnecessary, he will not hesitate to be rid of it, by words or a well placed bullet. He has a very black and white mindset, and sees far more black and than white. He is a massive suck up to higher powers, and around the,, will behave perfectly, polite and poised, respectful and charismatic; but around anyone he deems lower than himself, he will treat less than dirt.

Born into a very successful family business, Tobias was the forth out of seven children. Their Father was very much like how Tobias is now, valuing power over everything else. Their mother was equally driven and while the couple made ferocious advances in the business world, they were certainly not ideal parents. They encouraged rivalries from the start, showing clear favoritism to the strongest of their children; They didn't care which child it was, or what they did to earn they favor. This lead to a lot of backstabbing, temporary alliances that would break down in days and constant pressure to succeed. Although young, Tobias already showed he had inherited both his parents ability in maths and business, but he lacked the brutality for business until one night, at the age of 6, Tobias witnessed his oldest brother from a poison administered by his oldest sister. Then the oldest sister died after a "horrible accident" months later. The competition between the siblings had grown deadly, and Tobias found himself having to check meals, keep the light on at night, just to keep himself from meeting the same fate. Eventually, after his younger brother by 2 years had been trying to "bump him off" for weeks, Tobias retaliated. He pulled out his gun and shot his brother point blank. That was the snapping point. From there on, he excelled in every way his parents had hoped. When he was 20, his parents retired and gave their entire business and estate to Tobias, and went off to live together in India. The first thing Tobias did was expell all his surviving siblings from the home they'd all been raised in. Then he went to work and the buisness thrived even more so. He decided he needed one of these so called demon servants when he was looking to replace the butler he had shot that morning for being late. He heard that they were polite, obedient and followed orders word for word and money was not a problem for him. Why not get one?
