Patrick Cavenaugh
Patrick smiled lightly at Kyra before grabbing his keys off the bench and heading out into the the garage. Wasting no time Patrick brought his car to life and started the drive to the filming studio. It wasn't too long of a drive, it wasn't exactly just around the corner but it was definitely closer than some of the places he had done filming. At the first red light he arrived at he pulled out his phone, connecting it to the car stereo by bluetooth and dialing the familiar numbers of his manager. He knew the number off by heart, better than his own even. He had known Charlie, since what seemed like forever, he was Patrick's first and only manager and patrick would have trusted the man with his life.
"Where are you man? We were supposed to start filming twenty minutes ago." was the first thing Patrick heard after the call had connected in a rather loud and panicked tone. "Sorry Charlie, I woke up late. I'm on my way there now, I'll probably be there in ten. Please apologize to Frankie for me." Patrick said, though probably being slightly optimistic about the amount of time it would take him to drive to the studio. Frankie, was the director of one of the movies Patrick was currently working on. He was slightly strange and had his own way about him, he always shot the same scene over and over until he got what he considered the perfect shoot. That was okay but no one could ever see the difference in the shoot he picked over all the others. Frankie made good movies though and that everyone could testify to.
"Shit. That's unlike you." Charlie responded after a few moments of silence, in which he was probably trying to absorb the shock that Patrick was actually late. "Well, unlike every over celebrity in the history of Hollywood, you've never actually been late before, so no one's really angry. Besides it's given Taylah some more time to work on those lines of her's that she still hasn't quite got down pact." Taylah was the actor playing the other lead in the movie. Patrick would never admit it or say it out loud, but she could be a little... Slow. Beautiful and was quite the talented actress, but dreadfully slow.
"Be nice, she just has a slightly harder time remembering her lines than the rest of us." Patrick replied, he disliked insulting people and was a man of moral integrity. After only a few moments after he had Defended Taylah though he was left with nothing but a dial tone. patrick just laughed lightly to himself though while hanging up his phone. He remembered when Charlie always used to tell him that he was far too nice for a movie star. In recent years Charlie had given up on that line though, realizing that patrick could never and would never change.
Nathan Whitlock
"What better smell to wake up to," Nathan replied smiling softly down at sage, using the natural charm God apparently gave him. He had never really understood the it himself, but according to every girl he had ever talked into going home with him, he had a very natural charm to him. I know what you thinking, but this was true even before the football, though the football meant he didn't exactly need the charm. He sometimes found himself missing the coffee shop he had worked at back home before the football thing happened. Him and Ryan, his coworker always took bets on getting girls' numbers; it helped the slow days go faster and well, if you won the bet you also had a attractive girl's number.
"So as you no doubt remember, today's the finals, so I have to head out. I have heaps to do today, so I wouldn't be expecting to say me until at least tomorrow afternoon." Nathan continued laughing lightly, "Hey though, tomorrow night, me and you, we are going to stay in and have a movie night. Your choice of movies." He was playing with a lock of her hair but as he finished off what he had to say he leaned down again giving her another kiss. He'd missed spending time alone with Sage recently as he had been crazy busy in the lead up to the finals, what with extra training sessions and whatnot. At this point he didn't even mind spending a night watching chick flicks if it was with the beautiful girl infront of him.
Straightening up Nathan grabbed his keys off the bedside table, and walked towards the door. Though he turned back towards Sage and hovered near the door waiting for her answer about the movie night.
