While he has most of the side effects that come with vampirism, both good and bad, his half blood nature make him mostly immune to direct contact with the sun and a fairly human appearance. When it comes to his knowledge, he's an expert actor and impersonator, well trained in the ways of stealth and has a somewhat disturbing amount of knowledge when it comes to explosives considering he's self taught.

Appearance:
John is a fairly unassuming vampire being only halfblood as his skin is relatively tan and his fangs protrude and his eyes go from dark brown to blood red only when he feeds. He sports a messy brown head of hair that is always in a wild jumble, giving him a ragged look that befits his lifestyle. His basic attire is a white long sleeved shirt that's heavily wrinkled with matching cloth gloves, a coal black suit vest, light brown khakis and black loafers. Because of his job, he sometimes takes up different guises and looks to fool or surprise the unwary. When off the job or working away from other people, he almost always has a cigarette in the corner of his mouth that is almost trademark with him.

Personality:
Johnathan isn't the kind of person you'd peg to do the tedious and dangerous work associated with him. He is a born slacker and hates being bothered to do something that wasn't part of his own plans. While he isn't lazy to the point of being sloppy, unwanted tasks tend to be given the minimal amount of enthusiasm and effort. Jobs that do manage to interest him give him an almost childish glee that he puts his full attention and sometime painful effort into to milk it for all the entertainment he can get out of it. When off the job he's a simple man who's hard to anger and hard to excite. He finds tiny distractions, usually card games, to occupy his off work time as he seems to want to find anything to fill in the gaps between work. Most people who call him stranger and few people who call him friend are met with disinterest and sarcasm when he's out of character, often trying dry humor to get a cheap laugh.

Bio:
During his innocent human years, John was the son of a banker named John Mark Senior and house wife Isabel Mark in the heart of Washington, DC. He was born an average child who lived a blissfully uneventful life for many years. As he grew up, his father began to realize how old he was getting and began teaching him the family trade. During this time he became rather familiar to a mysterious young woman named Beth who he met in a tavern one night. While he began to learn the family trade and become more intimate with Beth, things began spiraling out of control. His mother became deathly ill during the summer and before winter's first snow, she was gone. His father was so taken by grief that he went to drinking and neglecting his job. The night his father was killed in a bar fight, he went to his darling Beth for comfort and to his horror found her ripping the throat out of some poor man. With just a short apology, she attacked him and forced him to become what she was; a vampire. Since his changing, records on Johnathan Mark became few and far between. Shortly after his turning he joined the Noviodaitis, the revolutionary organization of halfblood vampires that wanted to begin a revolution starting in the New World ( with little effort ) and after a few decades of training and sleepless nights, he acquired the skills in stealth and demolition that made him the dangerous force he is today. The status of the woman 'Beth' is unknown.
