▌ D e s c r i p t i o n // Theodore is not someone who would usually dress to impress, and he could honestly care less about how others would think about his appearance, but generally in the eyes of everyone, and he would not deny it, he looks like that of a punk. He has light green eyes and very small, but thick eyebrows the same color as his hair. His body is almost entirely covered with piercings, and he has bandages wrapped on both of his hands. In total, he has at least 24 piercings covering his body, though only some are usually shown. Theodore's wardrobe consists of a dark navy and white collared shirt with a long sleeved black undershirt, a green tie, and multiple badges on his chest pocket and tie. He also had various accessories with an bunny pattern imprinted on them, and often carries cubes made of metal on his belts for preparation to use his power at any times. Theodore's black and green beanie hat has a woolen underlayer, a rabbit pattern, and one larger smiley face pin.

Theodore is, to say the least, the kind of person who likes to make the best of his efforts to blend into into the background, trying to keep his profiles as low as possible. And to achieve just that, he'll be the blandest person one could ever possibly met in life. He always shows up with a completely blank expression, and seldom, if ever, Theodore will outwardly express his feelings and emotions. He is not cocky, nor is he modest. He just wants to focus on things that are interesting, and he will appreciate it if you consider him to be invisible. With almost no skills in communication, most of the time what he will be replying to people would be either a nod, or a 'yeah', 'meh', 'okay'. This would probably annoy people to no end, but he simply don't care.

Though as much as he wanted to stay low, what has been attracting him of unwanted attention is probably his eccentricity. Theodore tends to find joy in some of the weirdest things a person could possibly think of. He can spend hours watching the leaves fall from the tree, or a whole day reading a complicated philosophy book that everyone might find to be tedious. And his rather punky appearance could not really help it. He might be quiet and uncaring of everything most of the time, but when his ear caught attention of a topic that he is interested in, like communication protocol, he might be ranting relentlessly about it. In truth, though, Theodore is one curious soul, he loves finding out about realms and fields no one ever bother to think of, and it's probably to only good way to gain his attention.

One might find it hard to believe that Theodore is someone whose actions strongly abide by disciplines and orders. He has a set of schedules that he never strays from, and have been following them for years in his life. The same also applies to regulations and commands given to him by the higher-ups, and so he does not allow himself to do anything that breaks the rule, which is why no one has ever seen him ever being punished during his studying years.

Topics like his upbringing our where he came from are of the more 'sensitive' sides of Theodore, and he will definitely walk away without a word if someone turn up and ask him, saves for a few whom he considered as 'close' to him. He has no recollection of his parents nor his hometown, as the earliest piece of memory he ever had is him being left at the steps of an orphanage situated somewhere near the border of France and Germany. All that he known back then was him is of German origin, and that his given name is 'Theodore Ludwig'. As he grew up, he came to hated his so-called 'family name', and decided to take on the name of the orphanage - Heinrich, instead, as the only ones Theodore will ever consider as his true family are his fellow orphans friends and the nuns that cared for them as their own children.

As Theodore grew up, he differentiated himself from the other orphan kids due to his rather... strange tastes in finding joy. While other boys are interested in soccer and comic books, he found numbers and coding to be exhilarating. He would stick by the computer all day, not to play games, but to indulge in programming and writing codes. He first discovered his power one day when another boy accidentally broke the TV, and was about put the blame on Theodore for it, before the broken electrical parts of the TV began to miraculously assembled themselves by his mere touch, and returned to its' primitive state. He became ever curious with his newfound gift, and was experiencing here and there all around, eventually becoming good at it as his power matured. He found out that he can control technology of many categories, not just some TV chips, but also data as well.

Then one day, the orphanage main sponsor decided to cut off their contribution. They were all about to face bankrupt and had to close down, but suddenly, an anonymous new sponsor appeared from nowhere, donating huge sums of money into their account. They were all triumphant as they were barely saved, until one day, police officers coming from a special Department known as IDS suddenly turned up, reporting that large amounts of money were illegally transferred to the orphanage from many large banks around the world due to someone hacking into their systems. The hacker managed to elude all means of detection and left no traces of him left to be found, which made them searching for him for months, before they eventually found him here.

It was here that Theodore was left with no choice but to confess, which left everyone shocked. He was devastated by everyone's disappointing looks at him. However, among the officers that come to the orphanage is a professor coming from the prestigious Lulamond Academy, who saw that he clearly has the potential to become a rookie hero. So, instead of being sent to the Reformatory Center, Theodore was offered with a chance to enroll the Academy, with the promise that if he studies well and earn good results at his graduation, all the money he stolen will be spared and paid for, and the orphanage will receive annual funding from the IDS to continue operating. It was an offer that he would be a fool to deny, so he accepted to follow them to Lulamond Academy.

When Theodore left the orphanage, although everyone was still disappointed with him for what he did, had accepted that he was simply cared for the sake of his only true home, and proud that he is now on a path to become someone much better. The Mother Reverend's words which reminded him to only use his gift for what is right still ring within his heart til this day, and have been what guiding him on his lonely path. Attending the so-called high school for heroes, his life began anew. Now, he is in his fourth year, waiting for his graduation while paying for his expenses everyday by doing all sorts of odd jobs here and there around the city of Ecclesia. Life was quite eventful, and he couldn't say he didn't enjoy it.

Theodore's ability allows him to manipulate and control technology at his will. Meaning, he control the flow of intricate machinery and can allow them to assemble or disengage their programming at will, mostly by physical contacts. Gives him a pile of metals or even just scraps, and Theodore can turn them into weapons and arms that can aid him both offensively and defensively in combat. A drawback is that he needed to fully understand the way a piece of technology works until he can control them by 'scanning' them, and Theodore cannot scan an object if its' complexity exceeds the capability of his mind, for example, artificial intelligence like M.A.V.I.S.. Without a good amount of resources around he would also be as good as powerless, so he is always packed with some around.
