Personality: Often Loud, Causes disturbances, Overzealous and Angers easily, but is often quick to cool down. He needs his daily dose of caffeine because it makes him feel good. Considers himself a genius. When dealing with others hes often laid back until he finds an interest in the conversation. Then he starts to heat up. Haine is a teenage delinquent. He often causes trouble and gets in fights. He is careful not to let the general populace learn of his abilities because they would persecute him.

Background: Born in Italy, Haine moved to Japan after Being kicked out of schools in Italy, and was transferred in hope that the new school's radically different disciplinary programs could make him behave. He was alone as long as he can remember, and learned to fight and fend for himself in an Orphanage, fighting with other boys and learning to shoot at age of ten when he was committing crimes on the streets just to eat. Adopted at age 12 by a rich family who wanted the publicity. His new "father" was running for an important government position and wanted to be seen as kindhearted. he continued to commit crime until his survival and battle skills soaked into his blood. His reckless personality continued to develop in to rebelliousness, he didn't see any reason to comply with his father's wishes.
