Why did she have to stay at home and listen to her mother’s constant lectures and guidance on etiquettes and ways of a proper lady during her daily “grooming” session? Why couldn’t she be as perfect as her sisters? Little Clara felt lonely and sad but kept to herself as her mother is a cold, hard, strict and no nonsense woman who expects total obedience and will not tolerate questioning from her child on her ways of disciplining and teaching.
