Standing at 5'7, Shy is rather average in height, with a slim, strong form. She has large, slanted blue eyes and a face fairly feminine and startlingly beautiful; she has a strong Italian bloodline, and from this she inherited high, drawn cheekbones, "pouty" lips, and a broad forehead, framed by a curtain of natural dark red hair that falls past her middle back. Positioned perfectly in the middle of her forehead is a dark blue sapphire moon that neatly compliments her eyes and pales her skin a bit.

Shy has a personality completely opposite of her name; she is rather loud and hard to miss. She has a contagious laugh and a witty sense of humor. Her sense of style is lengendary, and she intimidates the jocks, nerds, Goths, gays, and Emos all the same. She hates lying and sugar-coating things, though is rather good at it, and is a bit of a privacy fanatic. She can be the worst person to be around at times; if that's who she wants to be. She is a hell of an actor, but all the same she hates it. There isn't anything gentle about her, but after you get used to her she can be the sweetest person. She isn't afraid to stand up for herself or defend anyone else- but only if she's, well, in the right mood.

With a name meaning "dervived from the heavens; fertility; and strong," Astarti is a spoiled 3-month-old. Shy rescued her after she fell out of the window of a car and was laying in the parking lot; near death. Astarti is barely old enough to roam, yet she's already a notorious complainer and equal "looker."

Not much to tell. Her father raised her single-handedly, along with three brothers, until by miraculous run, he was elected into the city council. He went on from this to become the mayor, then the govenor of the state. Her and her brothers were rich. They lived in the nicest neighborhoods and houses. But they'd been poor, and knew the meaning of family bonding, and they had no ties to their father anymore. He was never there. Her eldest brother Richard turned into a drunk, and Blake became a drug addict. She became ferocious around people if she was with her little brother- her only way to protect him from the dangers of the world. But once when they got in the car with Richard, they hadn't realized he was high until he began to drive- leaped right over a bridge. The car began to sink immediately, but luckily- or perhaps unluckily, Shy escaped. But her brother was thrown from the car immediately, even with his seatbelt. It'd been unattactched by a stray peice of glass. Although she searched the river immediately after, his body wasn't found until scuba divers were sent in. His body had been crushed under the car to the riverbank. Her eldest was killed on impact. She suffered from guilt and turned mean and snappy. Her father didn't hear about the deaths until he recieved a funeral invitation. Her brother Blake never got off drugs and is still siphoning money from their father, living somewhere, last reported, in northern Alaska. She moved from California to here, and was then Marked. She has an off-site mansion in the town, and there lives her grandmother and multiple servants. She is a second former.
