Working there since: Ciara joined the company as soon as she finished her degree about a year ago, and has quickly climbed the corporate ladder to which partially her family name is involved and her own work too.

Personality: Although much of her family background and the environment she has been brought up in would suggest that Ciara isn't a down-to-earth and a warming type of girl, but it is quite the opposite. Due to her socialite background, befriending people hasn't been hard for her not only from experience but from her own character too. For Ciara she believes life is about enjoying and fulfilling it to the best, which is why she doesn't miss an opportunity when it comes to something new and crazy to try and is always out with her siblings trying new things and visiting new places. Despite this she has always excelled in the academic side of life too possibly because her parents have instilled that within her and it is also part of the reason why she has such a well paying and executive position too. With everything in her life she also finds it hard to very trust and has a front to her that only a few people can surpass since she has been brought up with the virtue that she shouldn't be so personal with everyone and it has been carried through with her as she has grown up. So when it comes to personal problems or issues, she isn't one to share anything with others and keeps them very secretive to herself. The presence of friends and family is very important in her life and she has always tried her best to maintain this. But along with the sweetheart character, Ciara has her own flaws too. Especially when it comes to her temper, although she can stay controlled when situations require it, she can hold grudges for a long time and isn't very forgiving when people make mistakes or betray her. And regaining her trust isn't a very easy job either. She also feels that people should have a certain image to upkeep and since her family is pretty well known, it is very important she maintains that and sometimes she can take that a bit step too far without even realising. Ciara doesn't like relying on her family name or them either since she wants to be able to be an individual and although she is very close to them she tries not to take advantage of her family and doesn't take it lightly when people claim she has only gotten to her position in life because of her family; since she feels she has worked hard herself. For her things have to be planned in a certain manner and is very detailed about her work, which isn't seen to be a good thing as times since she can go overboard. She has always had her life planned out and when things don't go her way, it doesn't take a good toll on her.
Family Background: The Steves are a wealthy family with Ciara's dad working in law and her mother launching her own fashion magazine. Since the beginning, she's always been introduced to a hard-working atmosphere and much of the family's life orientated around work, with certain press interviews, parties, award shoes and whatnot to attend. Although her parents don't let her or her siblings get into the press light too much, she has now built her own name up and is very much associated to her family by her surname. Although work was a major element of the Steve's life, family bonding was also an important part to them, which was probably why none of the children turned rebellious as they were brought up with high respected family values and love for each other, making sure to find time for one another despite their busy schedules.
Ciara has an older brother who is married and has two kids, and another older sister who is recently engaged. Being the youngest she has been pretty much spoiled by the rest of her family but isn't the stereotypical preppy and snobby type of girl.
History: After high school and a long term relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Ciara always thought once they were finished with their studies, they could come back and reunite and maybe finally fulfil all their dreams that they had. It had been one of her many desires but as the college years went on, and the truth slowly unfolded once she returned to visit him, it left her heartbroken and till present she cannot seem to get over the fact she could've had her wonderful life with him. But after the incident, although she found herself in a dark place for a while with losing interest in her studies and even had a few crazy nights herself only because she had no idea how to deal with this form of heartbreak. But soon enough she realised she didn't want to ruin her chances in the future and pushed herself back up to make the best of herself and live it out with no regrets. After him, she hasn't really given love or any form of relationship another try and has been much more focused on her career. She doesn't seem to believe in it any more and despite her friend's many tries of trying to get her hooked up with someone, it has never worked out. Although a part of her still wants the white picket fence story with a family, she pushes those desires away knowing they only bring back memories of him and how they planned that life together. Instead she lives a totally different life and indulges herself in her work more than trying to set out and regain that type of relationship with someone else again.
Since she finished her studies pretty quickly, and even snapped up a job, Ciara owns her own apartment near her work in the neighbouring town to her home town but visits her family if she ever gets the chance so making trips back to home aren't so rare for her. She even keeps in touch with some of the other people she studied with, so going out with any friends there is something common too although she has a generally busy schedule with work. It's great for her to see her parents so proud of her and the fact she lived up to her siblings with their high achieving jobs too and continues to divulge herself in work partially because she doesn't want to face the part of life where she has to find a partner and because her ambitions are set so high, she cannot afford to let them dip.
