APPEARANCE; Anthony is a rather slender young man, thin and tall, but, paradoxically, there is a sense of build to him; despite his thinness, he looks like he could handle himself. His physique also displays a certain elegance; a vestigial effect from his upbringing. This is demonstrated in the casual yet somewhat sensuous and dignified way in which he walks and moves, as well as in his thin, finely lined face and long slender fingers. Anthony has a pronounced pair of eyes, dark blue and rather deep, which can flash in irritation when he's annoyed; a deliberate warning sign to shut up. His lips, again, are thin and elegant, and he has a rough sort of half-beard. His hair is jet black and falls, tangled and rough, but actually, surprisingly clean despite everything, to his shoulders. However, there is a slight ill shade of grey, a pallid aspect to his features, for some reason.

As for clothing, Anthony wears pretty much the same thing; a Czech army trench coat which he prides himself upon, and a brown Stetson hat. This covers an elegant but practical white shirt, red vest and black trousers. His shoes are also strangely elegant; black formal ones, though they are now dirty and unpolished, as the rest of his clothes are also quite worn whilst retaining an element of dignity to them. He also sometimes wears a pair of black gloves, more formal than practical, and also quite worn and torn.

BRIEF BACKSTORY; Anthony had a pampered childhood; born in Scotland to extremely wealthy parents of the upper class, he was brought up in style and luxury, in a huge mansion. He was sent to the best schools, but he was always the outsider. He never really cared for the class system and the status of his parents and classmates, and was always bullied. He was also abysmal at physical activities, and so his classmates bullied him further. He was strong, though, and stood up for himself as best he could, even learning some fighting skills which unfortunately didn't help. However, he went to university and his life changed for the better, though his studious habits still made him an antisocial outcast, and his social life wasn't helped by his insecurity about part of himself. He enjoyed studying, and decided to become more physical, as his tutors had noticed an almost anorexic thinness to him which some good food and a healthy fitness regime would help. This way, he learned fencing and boxing. He also tried his hand at football, basketball and rugby, and failed awfully, breaking his arm more than once. Still, he now had some physical prowess.

But he'd always been something of a rebel, and decided a life of academia and a duty and class that would be his by birth right and by destiny, was not for him. So he finished university, earning an English degree, and decided he'd travel the world. Next, to make things more exciting, and to revenge himself upon other people who'd always outcast him, he decided he'd become a conman. So he robbed perfectly innocent people of thousands, using a new found charm and his relative good looks to do so.

And then the worst happened. He took ill, went to see a doctor privately. And soon after he was told he had a brain aneurysm which could rupture at any time, probably leading to death. About to be given treatment, he decided first to revenge himself upon his parents in case the surgery went wrong. Over several months he stole much of their fortune, but was found out before he could finish the job and ruin them. The police chased him, but he managed to flee to America, where he continued travelling and learning and conning until the outbreak. He survived on his wits and is now looking out for himself, but since he fled and has been unable to get treatment in America, he knows that he could die at any given moment.
