Appearance:
Hot Pants has quite a strange appearance for a human. He has very pale skin that's ridden with tribal tattoos among other things. His hair is dark gray and curly and is held in place by a thin black circlet made of leather. His eyes have a disturbing golden color that seems to glow like a cat's. His body type is skinny especially in the waist area, almost looking like he doesn't have a waist to begin with.
The High Samaritan's apparel is equally strange. He doesn't wear any upper clothes and his torso and arms are all covered with various black tribal tattoos. He wears an old ankh cross necklace around his neck. For pants, he wears a pair of striped red pants made from smooth cotton and held in place by two white belts. For footwears, he dons a pair of red sandals with wooden soles though he is often seen walking barefooted in the temple grounds.

Personality: Despite his high status in Mirage society, Hot Pants acts a lot like a drug junkie (even though he isn't one). He is always lax and laid back even in the most dire of situations. He also has a tendency to never take anything seriously, often advising people to chill out when they are too assertive. Hot Pants is also prone to sudden mood swings, shifting every so often to a cheery and bubbly to depressed and nihilistic.

Bio: Hot Pants is current High Samaritan of Gomorrah and the leader of Mirages across the world. According to the Red Scriptures (text followed by the Mirage's religion), in the early days of the Mirage community, they were very decentralized and it was every Mirage for themselves. A Mirage named Olbon Six decided to unite the Mirages and bring order to their kind. However, he was at a loss of what to do since the Mirages refused to embrace the concept of a centralized government. It was then that The Heavens made itself known to Olbon and offered to assist him in his dilemma in exchange of worship and obedience of his people. Olbon agreed to the deal and The Heavens sent its Messiah, Hot Pants, to help the man unite the Mirages.
At first Olbon had his doubts about Hot Pants but when the man displayed his extensive knowledge of the heavens as well as his power, he was eventually won over. The two of them built the temple of Gomorrah and started introducing religion to Mirages. They were quick to accept this belief as power was the greatest measure of authority for them. To this day, Hot Pants still stands as the Mirage's Spiritual and political leader with Olbon as his most loyal disciple.
Powers/Abilities:
Blood of the Messiah - Hot Pants' blood is raw volatile energy and becomes unstable when it leaves his body. A drop of his blood can cause an explosion equal to a stick of dynamite. His blood production is also faster than average humans so he can bleed himself without risking death.
Mantra of the Heavens - By chanting different Mantras on the Red Scripture, Hot Pants can give the power in his blood different forms. He can enchant weaponry, project shields, and at his peak rain down energy beams that could level cities.
Prophet - Hot Pants' most important power is the ability to communicate with the Heavens. He can also share this power to someone else though no more than one person at a time. If used frequently, this ability causes severe mental stress and headaches.
