He doesn't like to turn down a fight when it's for the right reasons.
He's hard working and sneaky, can be intimidating and alluring, good with women.
Good with his hands also. Crafting, building, hunting ect.

He usually doesn't carry anything else besides a pocket knife, doesn't need to.

History

He grew up in a country trailer being the only child. His mother has a mental illness and his father probably did as well though he was never diagnosed. His father was very abusive to his mother and him, even when Derek cleaned and got good grades, something was never enough for his father though Derek longed for a relationship with him.
He finally snap and while his father tried to strike at him he shot him 4 times in the chest with a pistol, his mother watching. After that he panicked and went to his neighbor's who had always been there for him, more like a grandmother to him. She gave him money and sent him on his way, he has been hiding out ever since, trying to find a new life away. He had found a place near by a beach and worked for several years, then moved again once he felt uncomfortable. He now is wandering, trying to find another place to rest his head. It has been 4 years since his father death and the police are looking.
