Raisu is a distant and shy person who will barely say two words to anyone. He isn't one to trust people easily and doesn't like to talk to people much. The only time he really talks is to answer an academical question, and even then he's straight-forward about it. However, when you get to know him and when he starts to trust you, he's spontaneous, random, and quite talkative. It is rare though for him to actually trust someone. Take his sister for example, they haven't trusted each other for a long time. He is subject to change and openly welcomes it, which is one of the main reasons he wanted to go to Jonetsu High School.
Brief Description
Raisu stands rather short for his age, standing only at 5'7" and weighs 135lbs. His frame is slender, but stout. He has crazy and unkempt cyan hair that goes just past his eyes. He shares his bright cyan eyes with his sister, and sometimes wears his perscription glasses (He hates his glasses though). A very distinct trait about Raisu is that he always wears a tie, whether it's a formal occasion or casual. He's also an avid music freak, and always keeps his MP3 and huge headphones with him wherever he goes.
Skill(s)/Abilities
Raisu has been told many times before that he is "gifted". He is a brainiac in the classroom and an amazing problem solver. Raisu has also taken up playing guitar, and does so whenever he gets the time. He can also read lips, which is very useful for when he wants to listen to music, and try and listen. He is very independant and can take care of his self, as well as others, if the need arises. Finally, he can be quite the romantic, if he wants to.

Raisu likes that he can be independent, but hates the crowd of people. He also hates that his sister goes there, but it's better than living with her.
History
Raisu has always lived in the shadow of his younger sister. Because she was obsessed with perfection, she always was praised for doing so amazing at, well, everything. No matter how hard Raisu tried, he was always outdone by his sister. Anything that he could do, she could do better, and this is what originally made Raisu so distant. He tries to keep his guitar abilities a secret from his sister because he's afraid that she will want to learn how to play and become better than him, as always. He doesn't hate his sister, he's just jealous and annoyed (mainly from where she keeps punching him for stuff he didn't even have a part in). When Raisu first got the invitation to go to Jonetsu, he was actually very thrilled. That is, up until he found out his sister got the same EXACT invitation. He thought that he'd finally be able to go to a place where he can forget about being outdone, but now that's not the case.
"Oh well, at least I can try and meet someone. This is a school for love, and maybe things will be different there."
