Appearance: Tobi is unhealthily skinny, you can see his spine easily and his skin is very pale, almost translucent. He doesn't get out much so he's not very muscly. He also has a row of six scars running up his right arm begining at his wrist. It should be noted that he doesn't run around topless, he wears a grey and black striped hooded tee shirt.

Personality: In a word, quiet. Tobi is the kind of person who is perfectly happy to stay out of everyones way while they talk, he's in his element when he is left alone to his thoughts or his music. On occasion he will interupt a conversation if he believes that people are taking too long to work out what he sees is obvious but even then will speak quietly. Tobi believes that everyone is better than he is and therefore doesn't think he's worth the time or energy it would take to talk to him even if people wanted to hear what he had to say. He'd sacrifice himself for another person without a second thought because in his mind, everyone else comes first before he does.

Skills: Tobi is really smart and he's an expert at research, while he may know a lot about many different things, the thing he knows most about is mythology and mythological creatures. His willowy frame also means he's good at weaving in and around things.
Personal History: Tobi comes from a well off but not rich family. His parents were always very busy and had no time for him, especially after he became chronically ill when he was little, instead they chose to let his be raised by a string of nurses and doctors that were meant to look after him. He would spend day after day reading and watching people pass by outside. Despite being content to read about the outside world, he was unhappy with his life in general and made multiple attempts to end everything. In the end he decided to run away so his parents could get on with their life without having to worry about their failure of a son.
Other: He's never had a relationship before but it up to trying anything new with anyone.
