Personality: Frank is a hard worker. While he is kind he will answer most questions truthfully, no matter how hurtfull it may be. Thus his nickname, he will give you the frank truth. e does not have any aversion to killing or blood but he is very uncomfortable with the idea of killing someon. A sideaffect of taking care of people for so many years.

How you died: While at the hospital one day a man came in waving a gun around. He began shooting people at random and while Frank was trying to take care of someone who had been shot a bullet went straight through his head.
Background: From a very young age Frank knew he wanted to be a doctor. To achieve that goal he worked diligently in school and got good grades because of it. Because of his performance in school he was eagerly accepted into a top ranking medical school where he learned very quickly. After graduating he recieved a job at the ideal hospital where he worked for the rest of his too short life. After dying he is not sure quite what happened. MOstly a lot of wandering around in bright light. After that he appeared in the city with 99 other people. After being explained about the game he promptly refused to take anyones life and instead offered his medical services in exchange for protection. The opportunity to have a doctor at hand was great enough he ended up being passed from person to person as they all died in trying to keep what they thought was rightfully theirs. Eventually he ended up with Joseph Halberd's goup among people who also don't want to play the game. If maybe for different reasons. While he does not want to kill anyone he will if needed in order to protect himself and his patients.
