Cirque is a lean man. With pale skin, long fingernails and a waist length dark gray hair, he appears almost feminine at first glance. His voice does nothing to help distinguish what he really is, as it is a pitch too high to be significantly masculine and is a pitch too low to be significantly feminine. Cirque sometimes has fun with this, fooling those that don't know he is actually a 'he'. He can't tan and is quite flexible. His hair is silky to the touch - Cirque takes very good care of it. He has a surprisingly strong grip for one that looks as soft as he does. His eyes are dark brown and he has black streaks in his hair. Cirque's hood is usually pooled around his shoulders, as he doesn't really seem to care who sees him. And the way he looks? It's obvious he wants people to notice him.

Cirque is a strange one, that's for sure. He likes to have symmetry in his surroundings. He likes symmetry everywhere...except for his own body. He dislikes others poking their noses into his business, and he also despises going anywhere unnoticed. Cirque prefers to walk down the street, hood down, for all the world to see his face. It's stupid and reckless, but Cirque likes it. He likes the rush of battle, the adrenaline and the readiness of his keyblades as they materialize into his waiting hands. Cirque loves the feeling of his breath rasping in his throat, loves feeling the vibrations as weapon and weapon clash. Cirque walks a tight line, dancing between sane and insane. There are moments of clarity for Cirque, moments where he actually seems to be in control of what he's doing and where he can be serious. But there are equal amounts of times where Cirque goes completely off his rocker. He's lost some of the memories of his past life, but all he knows is that there is something he must accomplish in this world and it's why he can't leave yet. He is determined to accomplish what he came here to do and that sort of determination is what made him a shell strong enough to be a member of Organization XIII.

[ History: ]
Zephaniah Roman wasn't always strange. He used to be a happy child, eagerly learning and taking in the world around him. Hailing from the land of Hollow Bastion, Zephaniah was exposed to violence and warfare before a five year old child should be. His parents were murdered right before his eyes and while Zephaniah was able to see who had done it, he had never been able to figure out who it was. He grew up, and met some people. All of them were orphans, and they banded together, each aiding the others in their search for revenge. One day, Zephaniah was approached with a deal by a mysterious stranger. The deal was simple. The stranger knew who had killed Zephaniah's parents. The only thing Zephaniah would have to do was tell the stranger the progress one of his friends had made in her search for revenge. Zephaniah did it. He gave his heart to the darkness and he became a Heartless. However, because he still had not figured out who had killed his parents, his Nobody was created. Thus...Cirque was born, born with a determination to finish something he didn't even remember starting, as well as a gnawing guilt.
