Phantsia is the mix of magic and light. It does have it's dangerous area but according to the order of light, it is stripped clean of darkness.
Anything is possible in this world, including time warps, space teleportaion, and more. In this world, run your imagination, but be careful, it can be dangerous.
Beyond the crashing waters and the flying whales, you will find the Tower of Light. Inside you will find the Order of Lights Archangel, their leader, and allot of trainees. Who knows, you might be one of them.
