Abilities:
-Infectious Smoke: In this ability Tzar invokes the power of Pestilence, the result is a ball of black smoke which flies towards the enemy. If there is a more then one enemy the smoke will spread trying to get all of them, but the more it spreads the less it affects the enemies. Once the enemy breaths the smoke in, it begins to spread like a disease does, it will provoke nausea, head aches and pain. To kill a large amount of the smoke must be taken in. The time that the effect of the smoke lasts depends on how much the individual took in, but will in max last for 15 minutes.

-Unholy Famine: Using a large amount of energy to invoke the power of Famine. Using his power Tzar launches a wave of energy around him which reaches a distance of 5 meters. Everyone caught in those five meters will start feeling a extreme amount of hunger, which will lead to a decrease in their fighting ability and to those that are very weak minded might even try killing another human for their meat.

-Burning Death: By invoking the power of Death, Tzar is able to unleash a cloud of smoke at his enemies. Everyone caught within this smoke will feel a burning sensation, the could will then begin acting like acid slowly eating threw his enemies flesh. Just like "Infectious Smoke" the more the smoke expands the weaker the effect is. This cloud is able to exist for about 7 minutes before is disperses.

-Violent Mind: Tzar summons the power of war to give him power, he then launches this against one enemy, that enemy will then turn extremely violent and will start attack anything or anyone near it, not caring if it is friend or foe. How long the effect lasts depends on the individual, but for the weakest of minds it lasts 10 minutes.


Signature Ability:
-Apocalyptic Phase: This ability takes 20 seconds to charge up. During those 20 seconds Tzar will be unleashing the power of the 4 horsemen. After those 20 seconds Tzar will run at the enemy and attempt to pass the energy he charged up into them, the resulting damage is high but the possibility of survival is still high.


Special Class Abilities:
-Pocket Dimension: This ability allows Tzar to pull everyone in a 20 meter radius into a "Pocket Dimension". This pocket dimension is all created by Tzar, but the more he creates/edits the more exhausted he gets. If her happens to get to exhausted the "Pocket Dimension" will collapse and send everyone back. The center of the "Pocket Dimension" is always the 20 meter radius of which people were sucked in. This center cannot be edited.

-Particle Junction: Tzar launches a ball of energy, this ball consists of particles from around the area, meaning that as Tzar charges this energy pieces of things around him will slowly disintrigate. In the "Pocket Dimension" this attack does not need material to be used and is also more powerful, but also means he must waste more of his own energy. The more time wasted into charging this attack the stronger it will be, but the more of his energy he will use.

-Emergency Escape: This ability will cause a sudden collapse inside of the pocket dimension, if this is activated Tzar will fall unconscious and everyone will return to the area they were before they were in the dimension.

-Hostile World: This ability allows Tzar to attack his enemies by launching matter from his "Pocket Dimension" at them. Just like when he edits the "Pocket Dimension" this will slowly exhaust him the more it is used. (Can only be used in the "Pocket Dimension")


Full Throttle Ability:
-Dimensional Rift: A rift in space is opened in a 2 meter area. This rift sucks everything in the 2 meter area (Including the ground) and launches it to a random place more then 1 mile away but less then 2 miles away. This ability can be used on himself but chances are he will fall unconscious.

Personality: Tzar is not very talkative, mainly because he knows that conversation usually leads to discussion, even though of course he can't always avoid talking. Tzar enjoys the company of very few people, the few he likes is his sister, which he cares very much about, always trying to make sure she is safe.
Tzar is a scholar in a sense he enjoys learning and is intelligent, but will rarely talk about things related to so.
