|Personality|
Nikki has never been known to be quiet. She's outspoken and highly opinionated, but never disrespectful. Her mother taught her to be kind to everyone, but never to allow anyone to walk all over her. She has a flair for the dramatic as well as the darker things in life, and her demeanor is warm and playful, if a bit... obsessive. She knows how to put on a show, and her dominant side is never more prevalent than when she's performing.
|History|
Nikki's mother instilled in her daughter the same values the rest of the strong women in their family held, along with an incurable sense of wanderlust. All throughout her life, Nikki and her mother traveled alone, as neither knew who Nikki's father was. Due to their nomadic lifestyle, Nikki was homeschooled. When allowed to run free, she found herself pulled into a different kind of crowd: Men in black leather jackets and women in spiked dog collars. The crowd she ran with lived fast and played hard, taught her how to run the streets and, most importantly, how to throw a knife or two. And it was those skills that landed her a place in the Roswell Carnival.
When she found Heidi, she happened to be on her way to Seattle from Austin, Texas and passed through a town where she saw the signs pointing her towards the carnival. Never one to pass up a good funnel cake, she stopped in to see what this one was about and knew she'd found her place when she playfully challenged the sword swallower to a game; If he could balance a caramel apple off the top of one of his swords, she could knock it off with a thrown knife.
