Personality

Lucious is a complete douche bag. He holds a venomous contempt for muggle-borns and 'blood traitors'. He is also pure evil, and hates anything good. This includes kittens, flowers, and Harry Potter. As he is extremely rich, Malfoy is capable of bribing people into doing almost anything he wants them to. If he can't bribe someone, he threatens them. However, he rarely needs to do that, as his words twist peopled minds, like snakes. He also hates conversing with people he deem unworthy, and tend to shoo them away, or insult them.

Equipment

Lucious carries his staff, which contains his wand. While he can use the staff as an extension of his wand, he can withdraw his wand at will. The head of the walking stick is fashioned out of silver and emeralds to look like a serpent's head. He also possesses several Dark objects, books of curses, and potions. He is adept in all forms of Dark Magic, as well as combat magic.

History

Lucious was born into a rich, pure blood family. He was sorted into Slytherin, like all of his ancestors, and attended Hogwarts for seven years. He later married Narcissa Black and fathered Draco Malfoy. He served on the side of Voldemort during both of the Wizarding wars. After the incident at the Department of Mysteries, Lucious was sent to Azkaban, but was broken out by the Dark Lord. After the fall of You-Know-Who, Malfoy was able o escape imprisonment because he and his wife defected at the last minute.

When La Prise rose to power, Lucious joined readily. He soon snaked his way up the ranks, buying and talking his way into various positions of power. He is currently in the upper echelon of the organization, on the same level as Karmen Nyte. He is on good terms with many other villians, whether freelance or organized. His peons have infiltrated many governmental organizations around the world, giving him massive influence in the wizarding and muggle worlds. When his son joined Potter's crew, Lucious ordered his murder. Malfoy feels no remorse for this, but his wife divorced him soon after. He feels a little bit sad about losing his wife, but he fills the void by acts of evil.
