Guards were patrolling hallways. Pilots manned their posts at the bridge...

One of the Four Young People that was riding on the ship was a Boy by the name of Alistair Saikyo, better known as Ark. The young man was from a small city, and he had been chosen for a new team to compete in the 'Flash-Fight.' Ark had been chosen for easily displaying Superhuman Agility, Endurance, And Speed. His speed and accuracy with a firearm was to be admired, and it only furthered with a blaster, or some other stardust weapon. His skills as an unarmed fighter were perfect, making him an all purpose fighter. All that was left was for him to decide his role in the team, which was preferably, as leader.
Eventually, the group was meant to meet their coach, and the man responsible for recruiting them. Regardless, Ark loved the idea of this combat sport, and accepted on his own will.

To sum it all up in one sentence, it was the best fruit he'd ever had in his life.
Yelling the Zyrrian equivalent of 'Eureka!', Felix rushed around the whole ship in his search for someone to share this discovery with. Eventually, he came across Alistair, but to be more accurate, Felix nearly crashed through the door.
"Mister Ark! You will NOT believe what I have found!" Grinning like a complete and total lunatic, Felix held up the half-eaten pear in one hand and pointed to it with the other three. There was a high chance that the noise would have attracted the attention of other people who were on board the ship. If that was the case, they were in for one hell of a story...

"So, tell me, what was it that's exciting you again, dude?" Continued Ark. "Oh, a pear. They're nothing special, really. Now, Dragon Fruits-"
at that exact moment, A couple Guards, and Coach Rob busted on in.
"I heard a crash!" Informed a guard.
"From here!" finished the other.
Coach Rob had his own personal blaster, and the guards, a pair of futuristic shotguns, and on their backs, SMG's, as well as holstered pistols.
"...Felix" Began Coach Rob. "Please Tell me you haven't gone nuts over trying something new again?..."
Rob remembered when he gave Felix an Apple. The Zyrrian wouldn't let him sleep for a night, which almost felt like 3 sleepless nights.

"A Dragon Fruit?" Nelly stepped into the room. Her voice was quiet, and her face was hidden in the shadows created by her hoodie. "I've never had anything like that before. Tell me, what's a Dragon Fruit?"

"Smells like hell, tastes like heaven. I wasn't Earth born, but I go on trips there alot."

"Um... well, I might have overreacted a little bit, but..." Felix began, but he stopped short when he saw Nelly walk into the room. He'd only seen her once or twice at most, but Felix already liked her. For some reason, he couldn't help but wonder if she thought of him in the same way.
Quickly snapping back to reality, Felix found that the attention had diverted away from him a little, and more towards the subject of a 'Dragon Fruit'. Going by Ark's description alone, it sounded like it was worth trying, but he couldn't think about food when there were other matters to attend to. Like an apology for the disturbance he caused.
Reverting back to his usual calm self, he said "Look, I'm sorry about... that, okay? I'm sorry..." Felix looked around at everyone in the room, hoping that his apology would be accepted...

"It's alright Felix." Assured the man "But save outbursts like that for what you truly love. Like if you made your own Full Course Meal Of Life, that only had your favorite foods."
Ark scratched the back of his head.
"...Why don't we all go hang out or something, get to know eachother as a team? :D" suggested Ark.

Great, she thought to herself, more people I don't know. None of them will like me. None of them will want to be friends with me. I'll never get along with them.

"Hey Guys! We got a shy one! Let's make her feel at home. :D"
The Zyrrian was about to say something when he was interrupted by the girl saying that there was no need to make her feel 'at home'. Regardless, he waved at her and introduced himself. "Name's Felix. And yeah, I am a Zyrrian." The reason he said that last sentence was because it was rather unusual to see one of his kind in the Flash-Fight arenas. Not rare, but noticeably uncommon.
If anyone was paying close attention to everyone's movements, they just might have noticed that Felix was just a little bit nearer to Nelly than about a minute ago, yet the Zyrrian didn't seem to have visibly walked there. He just stood there, munching on his pear and watching the conversation, albeit with the occasional glance at Nelly...

Nelly shot a sidelong glance at Felix. She had definitely noticed that he had started to edge closer to her. She chose to ignore it for now, although she was prepared to introduce him to her Blaster if he got any closer.
"Hey," she said, her hands balling into fists in the pockets of her jacket. "So what if she's shy? Leave her alone."

"What?! We have a training room?!" he managed to say after a minute or two, wondering what sort of equipment it would contain.

And they were all kicked into said room of amazing wonder, as well as death bots.

"This situation would be a whole lot different if I had my blades!" he yelled at the others. At the moment, Felix's wrist blades were undergoing maintenance at the ship's armoury, and wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours.
