Cel's build is pretty average for her age, although she's a bit more childish-looking than most. Her hair - barely reaching past her shoulders - is a vibrant pink, unmistakable for strawberry blonde, red, or anything of the sort. Her round eyes are also a clearly unnatural pink, but both her hair color and eye color are due to her being one of the original Oress Holders. Cel is almost always seen wearing headphones, but the wires don't connect to anything but each other, almost as if her 'phones were supposed to be some kind of weird scarf. She's pretty fond of skirts and coolio accessories like scarves, hats, and pins. Although she generally just sticks with pink, Cel's also pretty fond of yellow and sometimes throws in some purple.

Cel is generally an upbeat person: she does her best to keep people's spirits high and to keep them moving along. Problem is, she's too busy trying to help others to do anything for herself, and as such she's rather unstable. On the surface she's extroverted, fun, and helpful, but on the inside she's terribly alone and afraid. Thanks to the Competition, she lives in constant paranoia that's only hidden away because of social interactions - she's no stranger to crying herself to sleep, and she'll do almost anything to not be alone. I think she just needs some bffs. ):>
