Aden is known to be the more peaceful mind in the gang. She does however know when someone is trying to take advantage of her. She is a well rounded person who knows mostly everything that is going on around her and the Sirens. Zu-Zu knows how to take care of herself in most situations. She has learned to only in her fellow Sirens in this chaotic world. She is very determined and tries not use anyone else as her crutch in life. She is a very independent girl. Dezari only cares for herself and the other Sirens. If it were up to her, everyone else would be dead and gone. It is preferred by her to be in a world with no more fighting.
Learning all of her previous hopes were all just a silly daydream, she has learned to deal with the world she was given. She didn't start out as a Siren, but they have changed her personality a lot. She went from caring for everyone to only herself and a couple of other people. It is hard to get to know her cause of the lack of trust she has in people. If there is one thing Aden will remember in life, it is not to trust anyone in this world except for her fellow Sirens. Zu-Zu is set on not letting anything happen to the other Sirens. They are the only people she would die for. She would gladly sacrifice herself if it meant the other Sirens would stay alive.
To say the least she is a dedicated person. Once you get to know her, you can depend on her to be there for you no matter what. She can be a bit sarcastic at times, but that's one of her many characteristics. Most of the time you will see her and she will have a condescending look in her eyes. To her if you're not with her then your against her. It's one of the reasons she carries no interest in the other gangs. Zu-Zu is all for them being terminated but seeing the recent circumstances, teaming up with them will be a big change for her. To go from hating someone and wishing them dead to team up with them is like asking her to shoot herself.
At first she wasn't for the idea, but if it is a means to an end, then she'll do it. Dezari doesn't like teaming up with the others cause she is rather territorial with the area around her. One thing she is going to have to learn is to not be so rude and condescending when she first meets people, and learn to actually try and make peace and be friends with other people that aren't in the Sirens. The one thing you will remember about Aden is how close she is to her dear twin sister, and leader of the Sirens, Kaysui. She is very loyal to the Sirens, but she would drop the gang in a second if she knew it were to endanger her twin sister.
Over the years Aden has learned how to play in the gang world very well. She knows how to handle important situations, and when to just leave the subject alone. However, she makes sure she doesn't over step her power in the Sirens. She knows Kaysui is in charge and honestly she is perfectly fine with that. In a way she considers herself a bodyguard to her sister. Aden is protective over all of the Sirens though, so don't get it twisted. Anyone outside of the gang can be considered dead to her. Of course she can't see it that way now, but she is good at hiding it.
At first glance she can be deceiving to many. No one would expect someone who looks like her has such a deadly personality at times. Aden can be very manipulative when it comes to getting things done. She would start a war between gangs if it meant achieving her goal. She is good at getting under people's skin when she needs to. She is the type to take your past and use it against you. Using people outside of the Sirens for her own gain is something she is used to now. Being born into such a cutthroat world it is no wonder she sees it as survival of the fittest. If you can't survive then your just a waste of her oxygen.
Background
Aden used to live a very sheltered life. It is hard to believe such a thing considering her father was a gang doctor. He was actually a doctor for Poison. He always talked about them, but he played it off as some client's last name. He told Aden to never breathed word of such a name or she would be punished for it. She learned to keep a secret at that point in her life. As she grew up she learned more and more about being a good doctor and about Poison. She looked up to them from a very young age. Zu-Zu's life changed when everything about earth started to crumble. She was still pretty young and had no idea what was going on.
With her father being a doctor for Poison, they were sheltered from most of the downfall. That was one of the pluses of her father being affiliated with a gang. She continued on with her life and everything seemed as if it was going to be fine. Until the day came when her life really turned for the worst. Her father grew ill and he couldn't help the Poisons anymore. They didn't like this. To them they were losing profit. They called her father in for a job and ended up killing him. Her mother knew such a thing would happen eventually, which was why she didn't like her husband working for such a dangerous group.
Her mother planned for such a day, and they were on the run. They ran for a year straight. Going from city to city. One day when they least expected it, someone killed her mother as they were walking down the street together. Dezari will always remember the cold eyes of the man who killed her mother. He had two daggers and a music note on his arm. She knew exactly what gang this man was from all too well. He walked away and left her there to watch her mother slowly die. It was then she learned to not trust anyone but herself. After that day she roamed the streets looking for some place to stay. She walked the streets and fended for herself.
If her parents were alive they would be proud she could handle herself so well. Finally the days of looking for some place to fit in arrived, she came across two people fighting. It was the man who killed her mother fighting against a pretty woman. She watched in awe at how skilled the woman was with a whip. It inspired her to be just like her. She had a stardust tattoo on her back, and Zu-Zu had never seen such a mark before. In this day and age she knew the woman had to be a part of a gang. She wanted to know which one though. The fight ended with the woman victorious. She saw Dezari and smiled at her.
It was then she took Aden under her wing and taught her everything else she needed to know about this chaotic world. Aden became a part of the Sirens when she was sixteen. She has been with them for two years now and they know how dedicated she is to them. She feels like she owes them a lot. Aden is now determined to pay her debt back to the Sirens for all they have done to change her life. It wasn't till after her first year in the gang that she finally figured out the current leader, which was the woman's daughter Kayui, was her twin sister. She thought they both had some similarities almost too much for them not to be related. Her and Kayui did some research to see they were separated from birth do to their mothers involvement in the gang world. Aden was put up for adoption, so she only knew that set of parents.
It was a shock to find out she was the daughter of the woman who saved her life. On top of that she even had a twin sister she never knew about! The parents she grew up with both died and of course she missed them very much, but it saddens her even more knowing she never really knew her real parents. She doesn't hold a grudge against either of them since they were doing it for her own well being. Why would she be? Now Aden takes advantage of the time she has with her twin and focusing on the many years they lost do to being apart.
