Personality:
Vincent is a loud and outgoing kind of guy, who has no problem speaking his mind even if it hurts someone's feelings. He's also what one would call a 'player,' as he loves to flirt and tends to be a ladies man. He faces challenges head-on and always with a determined smile. Naturally, he comes off as self-centered and egotistical- "Hey, what the hell do you mean by that?! I'm too awesome to have an ego!" -but deep down he's caring and thoughtful.
He's the kind of guy who loves anime (hence the 'kawaii' and cosplaying references), tells crude jokes, and will do the exact opposite of what he's told just for the heck of it. He could be considered rebellious, but he's not really the 'bad boy' kind of guy. He's more the 'really annoying guy that people tend to love anyway for no apparent reason.' (*laugh*)

He's also the kind of guy who boasts about ridiculous things, such as 'I invented the question mark' or even that he would punch something nonexistent to the face. "I'm just that awesome, I punched the sun in the face!"
.....Yeah. He's that kind of guy. (*laughs harder*)

History:

Vincent doesn't like to talk about his past. For good reason, too. He was an only child to a pair of abusive drug-addicts, and when they both died of overdose he was sent to an adoption agency. He had been at the adoption agency since he was five, and at the age of fourteen it seemed as if no one wanted to adopt him. He ended up being taken to a foster home, and that's where he remains today. His foster parents, a rich, lovely homosexual couple, have treated Vincent something close to a king. Vincent cares about them deeply, and does his best not to cause them trouble because of their kindness. The couple have been trying to adopt Vincent, but they've been having some trouble with the paperwork.
