He heard someone walking around. The footsteps sounded differently than any he head heard before in this particular hospital. Diego contemplated opening his eyes again to look at this newcomer but decided against it. The images from the last time he opened his eyes were still too fresh.
Then the music started. "No, no, no." He moaned and covered his ears. It wasn't an unpleasant melody (in fact, it was quite a good one) but the prospect of having it stuck in his head for the rest of life, always playing in the background together with all the other songs he had ever heard, made him cringe. Unless he made a great effort to ignore it or seperate all of them it was a very unpleasant sensation.
"I don't want to remember."

Alda turned to him, frowning. She looked up at the newcomer. The flute he was playing caught her eyes, and the music coming from him made her pause a moment to listen. What beautiful music... she thought. She shook her head, refocusing her thoughts on her new friend.
"Are you afraid of getting this song stuck in your head?" she asked quietly, though the answer was pretty obvious.
She hesitated for a moment then stood up, walking over to the flute player.
"Umm... excuse me," she said tapping his shoulder.

And she was like: "OK then. Hit me!"
Then he held one up then she was like: "A Mediterranean oil cruser leaking the black substance on everything in the sea."
He held another up and she was like: "Prostitute having her head beaten in with a lead pipe that's then shoved up her arse?"
He held up another and she was like: "A bunny!"
And he was like: "Your playing with me."
And then she was like: "Yeah! Guess which one!" That was great.
Well, the nurse went down easy so she had to keep going. Can't stop now! She could practically see the spring air and taste the rolling hills or something very close. She turns the corner before the scream comes from behind her. There's clomping of boots, wondering around the corner then everything went hazy...

"Oh, hello," she said, smiling back. "Well, I was just going to ask this person if he could do me a favor, but.... I guess I'm not busy. Is there anything in particular you need?"

" Um . . . Miss Soul."
" Yes?" she groaned more than asked.
" You-your me-medicine." she said frightened and Leif sighed. She took the pill and popped it in her mouth. Swallowing harshly she sneered at the nurse.
" Now Go." she growled and continued to walk around again. The nurse nodded and hurried inside. Leif waited until she was sure no one was watching and then opened her hand revealing the pill. She flipped open her notebook and read the list and then sighed. Throwing the pill and note back in her pack she tottered a bit and then went cross eyed for three seconds before leaning against something. She finally was done with her act and again started to walk around the court yard.
" Stupid pills." she grumbled and began to draw again in the notebook.

" What are you doing?!" she snarled and the woman jumped.
" I-I-"
" Those are MINE!" she hissed closing the door behind her and the Maid began to tremble.
" T-they w-will t-take you a-away if y-you h-hurt m-m-me." she whimpered and Leif squinted her eyes.
" You return my st-st-stuff-" she mocked in a horrid voice, " to my box under the bed. Those are my personal things. Return them, and i promise i wont kill you and eat your remains so they don't find the body." the maid returned everything in her hands under the bed and ran for the door but Leif blocked her way. " All of it." the maid bit her lip and reached in her pocket and pulled out a sheet of paper. Handing it to her she ran off and Leif smirked before lying down.
