Personality: Kortni is very sarcastic and judgemental. She always makes jokes about people, but never intends for it to hurt anyone. She likes to be the best and so she strives to be so. She knows her place though, she's not the best yet so she's always very loyal. She studies very hard to make sure she'll one day be the best. She was never one to let the underdog be bullied so when she sees anyone being picked on she's the first to intervene, because of this she's known as a bit of a tough girl. Due to her be the best nature she tries to know everything about everyone but it's difficult cause she never actually shares anything about herself with anyone.
Likes: chocolate, loud music, cute clothes, boys, her demon, helping people, leading, reading, sports, friends, technology, winning.
Dislikes: bullies, idiots, personal mistakes, losing, seeing anyone in pain, anyone hurting her demon, failure, liars, broken promises, being told what to do.
History: Kortni grew up on the streets. After her mother died when she was 10 her father had never been the same and so she took her younger brother, 4 year old Sam, and left abandoning her old life that was filled with soccer games, school, and her friends. To stay alive Kortni was, who forced to steal and so she became a talented pick-pocket and lock-pick. She managed to support her brother, holding on with the help of her demons encouragement. When she was 12 she got caught stealing from a mini-mart and she and her brother were sent to a foster home. Luckily, they were taken in by a single woman, who even though was extremely poor, happened to be extremely kind. When Kortni turned 15 her foster mom, Stephanie Harrison, adopted them. Eventually Kortni told her about her demon, and after all the confusion ended she was enrolled in Henry Jefferson High after a mysterious person sent a letter to her family about a club that would help her.

Demon's name: Swift
Demon's personality: Swift is very protective. He's the only one Kortni had ever completly trusted and he responded to that trust with complete loyalty. He comes off as mean but he's actually very playful. He's always looking for an adventure and though he's very determined, just like Kortni, he's actually much more cautious.
Demons Likes: helping people, winning, talking with Kortni, adventure.
Demon's Dislikes: Bullies, and anything/anyone that annoys or tries to hurt Kortni.
