Rapid has the build of a typical prepubescent 12 year old kid, standing at 5 feet and 93 pounds. What isn't typical about him is his tail- long, thin, with a arrowed tip.

In his purest form, he's hairless with skin with a rubber-like texture. There are no whites in his eyes- it's all black, with the iris and pupils becoming slits. His canine teeth and his nails grow longer and sharper, and he would generally look like what society would call "grotesque."

Likes: Alec, kind homonculi, non-judgemental people, running, cooking, people-watching

Dislikes: Rude people, solitude, dirty things, disorganization, not being in the loop

History/Background: Rapid's creation was half a year before Alec, his creator, moved to Tokyo and still lived in the countryside of Japan. At creation he was in his purest form, and made quite a mess, running around, breaking things unwittingly. He was Alec's very first homunculus he created, so there were obvious imperfections. For awhile, Alec tried his best to calm the homunculus down and make him feel home, but one night he escaped and roamed the countryside. It was hard for news to spread in the countryside, so not many people knew of Rapid's existence. The only marks that Rapid had left were the slaughtering of farm animals, but Rapid only did this out of confusion. He was lost, confused, and unaware of everything. He began to miss the warmth of the house he left, and tried his best to find his way back. For a couple weeks, Rapid was alone, until one day, a boy with black hair and brown eyes met with Rapid. Through the boy, Rapid learned that family is always waiting for you and that they care for you. At that moment, Rapid realized his strong attraction to Alec, and very much wished to return home.

A couple days later, Alec found Rapid, and overjoyed, they returned home. At home, Rapid learned the house rules and what to do and what not to do. By then he had assumed the appearance of the boy he met, except with blue eyes instead. All of the house rules were set, and Rapid learned to like life at home. He befriended the other homonculi at the house, and learned a lot. There were a couple homunculi who struck him as strange, saying this and that about humans treating homonuli like scum. But how could that be, with Alec treating him kindly and such? He soon found out, when he went out to visit Alec to school. Long story short, people were not too kind to him when he changed to his pure form on accident.

A little more than a year later, Rapid lives with Alec in their apartment in Tokyo. He waits for Alec and spends time reading, cooking, and doing normal everyday things. He's rather unaware of Dr. Rine's death and the current situation in the alchemy world. Which is fine.

Personality: Rapid is an enthusiastic homunculus, eager to start the day and learn something new. He's a naive little one, still new to the world and has the perspective of an 8-year-old. His morals are based completely off of what he is taught- if stealing is wrong to Alec, it is wrong. If smoking is gross to Alec, it is wrong. He's a kid just gobbling up knowledge, and since he's new, knowledge he gets now is most important. He's still naive and has a bit if a temper, so if you push him too much, he might change into his pure form. He tries his best not to, but only him staying Alec can assure that he stays looking like a human.

Built-in Powers: Along with the rapid regeneration, longevity, and resistance to death that all homunculi have, he has acute eyesight and can see clearly under good conditions up to 150 feet. His tail, although he does not know it, can stab objects and inject a lethal poison. In human form, he has super speed, much faster than the fastest human alive. In his purest form, his speed doubles, and his skin becomes a hard rubber-like texture, which is difficult to damage. Of course, he's not immune to any damage, and he is capable of getting killed. Which may or may not involve his tail. His is just full of nerve-endings, which makes it rather sensitive, like the back of the knees of a human. It helps him stay balanced, and he can sense things such as the humidity in the air with it.
