Recruit Markus has repeatly shown a reasonable level of proficiency with assault rifles. Dismantled rifle in 10 seconds, fires with a 85% accuracy at most ranges. More proficiency shown with SMG. Highly accurate with it, quick to draw with it. Recruit seems to prefer the model M-12 Locust. Not very happy with choice , it's human made. If working with rifle, prefers the Thunder by Haliat Armory. Reports of proficiency with sniper and shotgun skills are sub-par. Recruit seems to be uncomfortable with them, would not advise for a vanguard or sniper duty. Noticed that Recruit treated accidental gunshot wounds very well, referred to medic corps. Engineering skills near negligible. Broke a drone the other day...
Report from Medical Corps
Medic Kyil had a good records in training. Kyil showed good work with wounds that would be encountered on a battlefield, and met all requirements, methods a little unorthodox. However, a real case during a battle, Kyil showed extremely unorthodox methods. Supposedly when a soldier had internal burns somehow, Kyil shoved medigel down his throat... overlooked thanks to fact he saved the soldiers life. Kyil also typically uses whatever he finds lying around along with standard medic kit. During surprise raid, he held off several Batarian slavers before another platoon arrived. Treated surviving squad with nearly nothing but what was left of his kit, random objects and a blow torch.... unpleasant implications. Applied medical knowledge to interrogate prisoner also.

Prisoner gave us advice on how to treat him and other convicts. He made a good point, and even showed us how to work with the crap we get.... although it's not really like we need to keep them in tip top shape.
Personality: Pysch Evaluation by Information Broker
Turian seems to be a fairly calm under pressure type of soldier, probably due to Turian Military Training. Reports show relative insubordination when he believes there is a better way to do something. Reports also say he is relatively friendly, and willing to offer help. Also shows disgust in slavery. Fairly loyal to his comrades, and typically never abandons his patients unless there is truly no other alternatives. Never gives up on a patient either. One of the younger turians, more than willing to work alongside other species, including humans, although he shows a great dislike for batarians. Doesn't like killing innocents, but willing to if needed. Stories from friends and co-workers show that he has entered a period of depression if he failed to save a patient. Also addicted to anti-depressant he was supposed to be off of a year ago. note : Lies for his patients a lot. The Turian sense of honor seems to be largely lost upon him when relative to friends. Has embarrassed many Turian patients and comrades.

4th Infantry, Medic Corps- Awarded several medals during a campaign against Batarian Slavesr- First report of using a blow torch to suture a wound. Fough in several battles and skirmishes, said to have killed a lot of enemies. Also treated civilians post-battle. Wounded during a battle, transferred to a ward in the Citadel.
C-Sec Officer- someone clearly pulled strings for this, but he managed to quit, something near unheard of from a Turian, except that Garrus fellow.
Arrakis Ward Clinic Doctor- Operated in one of the slum wards on the Citadel, offering rather cheap aid to those in need. Many patients approach him, even knowing of his unorthodox methods. Clearly they were cost-effective as he made a profit, while killing any gang members who attempted to extort him/hunt down his patients. Looted bodies it appeared. Also had C-Sec contacts which helped. Left after Geth Attack. Said to have defended his clinc, protecting several people who barricaded themselves in it until remains of C-Sec extracted them.
Vigilante/Doctor at a Omega Clinic - Arrived on Omega, clearly an adventurous fellow. Got a job at a salarian's ( ex- STG) clinic, but he quit after the salarian questioned his unorthodox techniques. Followed the vigilante Archangel's example, attempted to become a vigilante, and a doctor to those on the streets. Your's truly, the blue suns captured him after several months of hunting.
To summarize the prisoner, he seems to be an accomplished Combat Medic, and will probably prove loyal enough to. We haven't really abused him too much, through he may prove hostile to your company at first, I'm sure he'll turn around when you explain to him you saved his life. Buy him some medic gear, and a SMG, you'll be set for whatever you need mercenaries for. 500,000 credits, we'll be in Terminus System.
