Personality

Ulia is a socially awkward girl, she grew up as a recluse in the home of her criminal mother, being taught and trained, but rarely seeing anyone but her tutors and servants. When she gathered the courage to escape, she didnt know how to interact with people, she has gotten by on her talents, but she is shy and can be very awkward very easily, sometimes in a cute, innocent way, sometimes in more annoying ways.

When working on something important, or fighting, she becomes almost a different person. Serious, dedicated, a machine. Effective, and precise, she reverts back to her usual self rather quickly, but can also become focused just as easily.

Equipment

Weapons: Two customized M-4 Shurikens with extended thermal clips and fully automatic fire option.
M-97 Viper with larger rounds, resulting in more damage, but a smaller clip of Five shots before Thermal burnout. Optional Armor Piercing Rounds Included.
Two Omni-Tools modded to send out semi-harmful electronic pulses, able to stun or burn most organic life forms depending on the setting, and project small shields for very close Melee defense. Non-Lethal to 9/10 organics

Her combat full body suit has a camouflage function which will blend into the background of whatever the wearer is standing over, but the change takes a few minutes to activate, and is not perfect. If she moves, there is a few second delay before the camo adapts to the new scenery, and if she is moving at a decent speed, it does not change until she stops.

Known Tech Talents: Basic Computer Hacking, Overload, Adaptive Camo

Known Biotic Abilities:Level 1 Basic Push, lift and Barrier, and Non-Basic Electrified versions of each, giving them a stun effect to Organics and a powerful damage to Tech and Synthetics.

History

Ulia is the young daughter of a powerful head of an Asari Crime Syndicate that works closely with the Eclipse Mercenary Band. Ulia left at the first possible chance, most of her young like spent learning skills and languages that would benefit her Mother, instead they helped her escape Illium to start her own life. Even as shy and kind as she is, she is entering the stage in life where she wants to see the Galaxy, and learn about other cultures first hand, instead of from her mothers holotapes. and she needs to join a crew to do it. She is sure she could never make it alone.

She despises Eclipse, and prefers to Avoid Illium because of her family's presence there.. She will not work with anyone from or close to Eclipse, and is constantly being perused by Mercenaries hired by her Mother to bring her home. Currently she is working as a waitress on Omega, and despite her young age, she plays the part well, but hates the job-she finds the outfit demeaning, but it helps her blend in, so she isn't complaining too much.

To Recruit Ulia, You'll have to rescue her from the Eclipse on Omega, You'll see her arguing with some Eclipse Mercs just outside of Afterlife when you walk in, Hard to miss.
