Personality

Ariella dislikes the noise, the crowdedness and the abundance of distractions that characterize the more settled life of towns, or even small villages. She also greatly values her solitude viewing many of those who pass near the secluded lake where she makes her home as little more than a nuisance at best. While not adverse to either helping or even actively defending those who pass through the forest she will tend to desire a swift resolution of things so that those who do not belong in the forest leave quickly. She is very protective of the area around the lake where she makes her home and especially of the flock of swans that nest along its banks. She will be hostile to any creature or person manifesting an evil disposition.

Equipment

Ariella lives simply and is quite able to survive and even thrive on very little. Those few possessions that she has, however, tend to be of rather high quality. She dresses in simple and sturdy clothing that does not attract attention and allows her to blend easily into the colors and shadows of the forest. Should danger present itself, she possesses a sturdy suit of leather armor. She is an excellent huntress and marksman and employs a bow and arrows that she has made herself. When moving about outside of her home, in addition to the bow, she will always have a dagger in her possession. On the third finger of her left hand she wears a pewter band adorned with an etched design in the form of feathers. This ring cannot be removed from her finger.
