Evangeline is rarely seen not wearing her pilot suit, which is white and black and is accompanied by a cape-like outer cloth (disregard the tail thing). Under the suit, she has short black hair, piercing black eyes, and pale skin. She has a small scar on her cheek.

Personality: Evangeline generally appears cold and distant to most pilots, and she rarely speaks when talking is not needed. She is also unusually ruthless in combat, destroying opponents without batting an eyelash. When not in combat, she has few friends to speak of, and often spends her time on her own. She has no self esteem and considers herself to be good for nothing but destruction.

Evangeline's mobile frame is the Psycho Frame Zephranthys. It was the first Psycho Frame, which she was forced to test; the Zephranthys bonded with Evangeline and adopted its own personality and being based on Evangeline's own personality. Its main weapon is a spear that can activate an energy coating around it, making it especially deadly. The wing like constructs on its back can also be launched and each has a beam machine gun equipped on it; Evangeline can control the wings as they move from within Zephranthys. Finally, the fins on the forearms can be launched as boomerang-like energy discs. These are the only weapons Zephranthys has; rather than use ranged weapons, it uses power and speed.
Zephranthys itself built its own personality when it first encountered Evangeline: it is a mess up of Evangeline's worst traits; her low self-esteem, her psychological instability, and her anger and depression. Thus, it is not unknown for Zephranthys to go out of control and go on destructive rampages.
Background: Evangeline spent much of her childhood alone; her parents were government workers influential in the rise of anti-Federation sentiments, who rarely spent time with their daughter. Her parents were later killed at the onset of the Federation-Coalition war--or so Evangeline was told. In reality, her mother was used to test the Zephranthys; the attempt to merge with Zephranthys drove her mother insane, leaving her hospitalised to this day, she makes dolls and calls them her daughters, as if compensating for her neglect of her child; she does not seem to recognise Evangeline as her daughter. Evangeline herself knows nothing of this. The Jupitris Coalition, believing her to be the ideal subject for their Psycho Frame project, forced her to test the Zephranthys when she was 22; the already present psychological damage evident to her made her more likely to merge with the Zephranthys. The attempt to bond with the Psycho Frame led to it overloading and rejecting Evangeline's psyche. The incident scarred her physically and psychologically, but she was later able to bond with the Zephranthys. Now she fights for the Jupitris Coalition, motivated only by the threat that the Coalition will subject her to the same pain she felt when she failed to bond with Zephranthys
