Personality
Frey seems nice and approachable but he's actually very manipulative. He always finds a way to get in and out of places just by chatting. Once he's gotten what he wants, he changes: He become distant and quiet to make a clean escape. And whole hunting, he's a complete different person... Merciless and cold, he doesn't like leaving survivors.

Rudeness (pet peeve, Frey just can't stand it if you're impolite or you're not using coasters, etc. etc.) (What's more is that he hates to admit it)
Weapons
His gun appears to be an energy weapon with at least four forms: a compact mode for convenience, a gun mode for range, a guandao mode and a trident mode for close range combat. All forms of his weapon use electricity in some form.
Back Story
Frey has hunted since a young age, so fighting's no problem. Although he isn't apart of any bounty groups or guilds like the Church, he hunts and collects rewards for his game. The hunting has gotten to his head, and goes on mini rampages here and there. He's even persuaded his way into the Ghetto time and time again to kill.
