Appearance: Malan is tall yet thin, standing at almost six feet yet weighing only 180 pounds. His dark eyes and hair contrast to his pale skin. He keeps his hair relatively long and tied back in a neat ponytail. He loves to wear velvet coats, usually red, black slacks pants and clean black shoes.

Personality

Personality: Honestly, Malan is kind of lazy, if he can get someone else to do things for him, he will. He's usually pretty laid back and only really gets upset if someone messes with his books. Some may describe him as too serious because he hates pranks and jokes but he does like to have fun sometimes.
Malan's idea of a good time is sitting in a secluded area with little or no company. He also enjoys hunting, either alone or with a few others. While he is not a social butterfly, he does enjoy attending the occasional gather and is quite friendly. His greatest weakness is his lack of motivation. While he could probably move up in the Vampire hierarchy, even lead a coven of his own, he feels that it's just too much responsibility.

History

History: Malan has been around for some eight hundred years. He has kept a low profile, feeling no need to get involved in anything political or the like. He"s traveled the world over, a few times really, residing a few years here, a decade there, and recently moved to this area after a series of squabbles with a hunter who really didn't seem to like him. If asked if he fled from the hunter he would deny it, saying he left her alive in case he ever wanted to go back and play. In reality both are the case as he never really found a way to kill the hunter and really is too lazy to dig further into her weaknesses. Leaving that area seemed to make the most sense at the time.

Your Story: Malan meandered around for a time before stumbling upon this group of Vampires. He felt himself drawn to the leader and quickly submitted himself to being her lap dog. Generally if he wants something done he makes someone else do it but anything the Queen wants done he does it himself.
