Appearance: Tall and lean, Mandy always seems to have a sort of permanent pissed-off look on her face. Her hair is naturally black, but she's always dying it different colors. At least, that's what she tells everyone who asks. 

Personality: Mandy is one of those people who are always at least slightly mad about something. She's got quite an attitude, and an ego to boot. She loves picking (and winning) fights, which is one of her strong suits. Her magic is a rather formidable force to be reckoned with. 

Species: Witch

History: She was born into a well-to-do family of witches, an only child. She was granted run of the mansion, and her grandmother taught her strong magic. Mandy was advanced in the dark arts at a young age, leaving little room for improvement, but her grandmother insists that she never stop training. Mandy is to become the ruler of the "Gloomy Coven". Because of this, she prides herself in her persuasive abilities.
