Delicate is the first word that comes to mind when regarding Phoebe's face, and striking is a second. Her eyes are quite large without appearing to bulge, with brows that were strong before her mother sat her down and plucked them into a smoother shape which wings out from the middle. Her nose is fine and straight. Her mouth is quite short lengthways but plump and pink. She's lucky enough to have the typical english rose complexion. Her eyes certainly dominate her face being a very dark vivid blue that is almost a violet. Her hair is a dark soft red which almost goes into brown, another hallmark of her fairy ancestry.
She's 4'4 (hey, normal in 1799), sixteen years of age, still has a very girlish figure.

Phoebe also has a few... perks to her fae nature. Phoebe will often see things that people would rather keep hidden and illusions don't hold up well to her. She also has a habit of literally fading into the background, so if one isn't paying attention or takes their eyes off her she's practically invisible. This only happens when she doesn't want to be observed, which is often. Unfotunately she's also mildly allergic to iron and prolonged contact with it such as resting her arm on an iron fence will give her a rash.
