Appearance: Has dark blue hair in the form of a foehawk that looks like fins. His skin is a mix between green and blue making it a kind of teal color. What throws people off is his golden eyes that seem to have all the colors of the rainbow dancing in them. He has a purple forked tongue and thin lips. He can move around on land for about an hour before he starts to die out so he always keeps some sort of water source near him. He hates wearing anything other than cool colors so he's only ever seen in blues, purples, greens, and occasionally black or white.
Minus the tail and the hair is a foehawk.
Personality: He's an air head that's constantly day dreaming. You could be talking to him for thirty minutes and he could not hear a word. He's typically a quiet person, but he can get very loud very quickly if you get on his nerves. He may be quiet, but that does not mean he isn't sociable. He actually like hanging out with people, he just never feels he has to say anything unless it's important.
