Madara WON!?!
History
The Moon's eye plan was somewhat of a success. The 10 tails was to strong for Madara to control, but he managed to break the chakra apart again, becoming host to the previous 9 beasts. The Moon's eye justu is used once every now and then to crush armies that gather against the Uchiha rule, but otherwise, Madara, who is practically a god figure, does not make his appearance.
Sasuke's descendant, Nekodori, is the emperor of the Uchiha, who number around 100, and the 60,000 ninja who serve the Uchiha. The world is a fairly dismal place, where everyone is afraid of the totalitarian Uchiha government. The country is Uchiha, the rulers are Uchiha, and the fear is the Uchiha name.
But there is still resistance. Kabuto has the dead walking, either by Impure World Resurrection or Corpse Soil Technique, Itachi is dead and walking on his own, but it is unknown what he has been doing, and then there's the minor resistances cells who have been labeled as terrorist organizations.

Your studies were going well, and people were expecting great things of you. An gigantic man suddenly appears in front of you. He was wearing nothing but pants. Both the pants and his shoulder length brown hair are caked with blood. His mad hate-filled eyes stare at you, and you feel your worthlessness, your weakness, and the secret hate you bare at the state of the world. The black night prevents you from seeing his features clearly, but the black night is suddenly gone, and you are in a strange place, the world is flat, and as far as the eye can see, there are not landmarks, or buildings, or trees, or anything. What is going on you wonder. And then u realize something that makes your skin crawl. This flat worlds is littered with scattered corpses.
Now you see a pair of gigantic sharingan eyes staring at you from the coal black sky above you. A deep distorted voice speaks from everywhere around you, so loud it is almost deafening "I sense your hate that you bear, the distaste for this enthralled world and your desire for change. I could change that youngling. I would help you make the world yours, if you would agree to follow me to death, or until I rid the world of the plague that is Madara. Will you do so?"
"Yes." you hear your own voice answer, to your own surprise, and suddenly you realize that you meant that single word, more than any other of your life.
The voice is pleased, and says "Very good! Know me as Q, and know your brothers as The Unchained. Go about your life as you please for now. I will call on you when you are next needed!" and with that you feel the heat of glowing metal in the inside of your foreheads bone. A kind old man shakes you and asks you why you are screaming. You apologize for disturbing him and run home as fast as your legs can carry you.

I also control some basic things you do, like "you notice.....naked girls bathing in the lake" and then you say what your character will do. expect this to be a lengthy rp.

Jutsu, abilities, special items, and chakra levels: message me or ooc if u want particular things, other-wise u get what Q gives you. Q will train you from the begining to the end of the story, so that you become an S-rank ninja. You start as an academy student, so you will be weak at the start (i mean weak-weak, u can be a genius, but that won't mean you will be a power-house, your strenght is just above a non-ninja soldier)
Author's character: My character will be Q, but i hope to kill him at some point of the story. He won't be a character proper, since i just plan to use him to control the story.
Dark/light alingment: guess what, you can be evil, or good, but your still part of The Unchained all the same. Evil or good, Q will not approve of unrest among the ranks. I'm just telling you now, because Q may decide to kill you.
You do not hear anything from Q, but the story goes on......whats up with that? i do not know what's going on in the story!!! - it may be that you are a late joiner, if so, don't fret, u dont have to read everything from 10,000 years ago (exageration) to know whats going on. We will make your character fit, i'll tell you what is common knowledge, such as who is dead, who is hunted by the government, and all that, and the details, well, if your character wasn't there, so he wouldn't know them anyway.
Again, the way the story is being made is to prevent god-modding, and to keep the story-line clear and focused. I have the whole RP story down on paper. There is no defined ending, so that you can make your own ending, but essentially the antagonists have been picked out, and for now, you will fight them. maybe afterward we will go one with the good guys and bad guys that are part of The Unchained fighting over power.

"Now Takeshi, i will teach you the Summoning Jutsu, a common jutsu, but very powerful. Here, you start by biting your thumb, pour chakra in your hand then release it, preferably on the ground below you. Like this *Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram*
Kuchinose Jutsu." Then suddenly, right next to Q there was a large blue oni, twice the size of a normal person, wielding a tree for a club. "WHO DARES SUMMON THE GREAT ONI V (vee)!" says the oni. "Silence, V, i'm teaching a student."
"Do you need me or not?" says the oni
"No....Release." and the oni dissapears in a cloud of smoke.
"Now Takeshi, you try. Just a warning though, since you don't have a contract yet, you will be transported to the home of the respective summon. Not all of them are friendly, such as my oni, who tried to kill me when i appeared in their home."

Sei had been training for weeks with Q in Taijutsu which with his Byakugan had greatly increased his speed of study in the art. He could see the chakra points of his opponent and know exactly where to hit. Q had also taught him Strong Fist, which was unlike the famous Gentle Fist of the Hyuuga in that it lacked precision but made up for in attack force, but Sei's Byakugan let him see chakra points, so he already had all the accuracy he needed.
Now was the hard part, his lightning chakra, which Q had used to teach him the infamous Chidori. Sei had tried it a few times, but always passed out form lack of energy control and the tunnel vision worried him for actual combat. Then it hit him like a ton of bricks and he stood up getting into attack position. "Byakugan!", Seiteki shouted, now he had the vision of the Byakugan to counteract the tunnel vision of the Chidori. He started making the hand signs and called them out, "Ox, Rabbit, Monkey." Then the sound of a thousand birds chirping echoed from his palm as he formed a mass of concentrated lightning chakra with a ominous blue glow. "Chidori!", he screamed as he ran with the jutsu in hand through the center of the straw dummy's chest that he had been practicing with. It had been weeks but he finally did it. The young Hyuuga smiled as he passed out from fatigue.

Reika had been healing animals for some time, she was curious how he had know that she could heal, she didn't say a word to him about it. In fact her mother had told her never to tell anyone about it, but here she was trying to save these poor animals.
She was beginning to tire but she would not stop until each of the animals where healed. Finally as she got the last one up and moving she passed out on the ground, having drained her chakra almost completely.

When doing the Shadow Imitation Jutsu, you must concentrate on the 'where' on where you are going...that's what the scroll said.
And it worked. Sandra's shadow was now several feet in front of her, unlike before. Before now, she would concentrate on her shadow itself, not on where she wanted it. "Shadow Possession complete," Sandra muttered, and turned to face a practice dummy. Now she was going to work on taijutsu. Actually, to be more specific, she was going to work on her speed. Sandra valued speed in a fight. That and the element of surprise.
Sandra, using speed that she was gifted in, punches and kicks the dummy hard. She dodges as if it could actually hit her. Ducking, weaving, side from side, Sandra was using her agility and speed to attack.

"GYAH!" Takeshi back flips away from the attack and pulls out a Fuma Shuriken. "And here i was hoping we could be friends." He frowns as he looks at the lion. "I cant believe im about to die so young!" Takeshi Throws his Fuma Shuriken at the large man-lion hoping to succesfully use shadow shuriken jutsu on it. "But i wont lose! Because the empire has to fall, and im going to see that it does!"

Takeshi's fuma shuriken missed, even though it seemed like it was going to land dead on, but so did the lions paw. The blue lionman prepares to swipe another paw at you, when a new voice, a gruff and kind voice shouts "My king, stay your anger! We have not had a contract with anybody in at least a century. We would shame ourselves if we were to kill the first visitor we had in so long!"
In front of the gigantic blue lion-man stood a smaller white lion, who was about as big as two of Q, one who was a giant among men.
"Fine, you take care of him. But beware son, he is a coward, no brave lion, or man or mouse would ever say 'Please don't eat me'" said the blue lion, making a mocking voice when quoting Takeshi. Then he leaves, with only a snarl towards the young human.

Takeshi's fuma shuriken missed, even though it seemed like it was going to land dead on, but so did the lions paw. The blue lionman prepares to swipe another paw at you, when a new voice, a gruff and kind voice shouts "My king, stay your anger! We have not had a contract with anybody in at least a century. We would shame ourselves if we were to kill the first visitor we had in so long!"
In front of the gigantic blue lion-man stood a smaller white lion, who was about as big as two of Q, one who was a giant among men.
"Fine, you take care of him. But beware son, he is a coward, no brave lion, or man or mouse would ever say 'Please don't eat me'" said the blue lion, making a mocking voice when quoting Takeshi. Then he leaves, with only a snarl towards the young human.

Their one year training completed, the Unchained Four now travel towards a new destinations. Their absence from the ninja academy has been officially called a kidnapping, and in order to protect the identity of the four they wore full black clothing, including black masks. The mysterious Q ordered them to attack an enemy squad, belonging to Madara's empire.

The one year of training had been the most challenging thing in Sei's life. He had mastered the Chidori and the Strong Fist. Sei had become an expert in Taijutsu within the year and his body was in top shape along with his chakra control. Although the unchained had originally started out as a team of seven, the team now only consisted of four young ninja. Nobody but Q knows what happened to the other three, if Q had killed them, if they just quit and went back, but Q wouldn't have just let them leave, he might of used Ginjutsu to wipe their memories clean of the unchained though, who knows?
Q began to brief them of the upcoming mission. Sei and the other Unchained were dressed in full black clothing and black masks, although it wasn't exactly the young Hyuuga's style he understood the need. They were suppose to be kidnapped and now they were going to attack the Empire, it was for their own protection. They were going to take out to Genin lead by a Uchiha Jonin. From Q's concern about the Jonin's eyes he could tell that he had the sharingan obviously, but if was the infamous mangekyou sharingan, they would have some trouble. All four of them have became very strong and capable ninja. Although, they may of came to Q as Genin, but within the year Sei would say that they had become stronger then any of the Genin in the Empire that he had seen, and as strong as most of the Chunin. Sei was sure he and the others would pass the Empire's Chunin exams with the skills they have now, but none of that made a difference anymore.
After the debriefing the four unchained ninja sat in the the great stone room of the hideout. Q had made Sandra captain, which had been wise, she was a great tactician and leader. Sei liked being a warrior, being out in the front lines in close combat and didn't want to to think about strategy, he would follow Sandra she would do well. He started thinking about which positions Sandra would choose for the four of them. Sei would more then likely be the Scout because his Byakugan had only increased in range in the year, he could spot the enemy kilometers ahead without leaving the group. Sandra and Takeshi would probably be the Front and Rear Gaurds given Sandra's Shadow Possession Jutsu's great effectiveness in stopping enemies in their tracks and Takeshi's Summoning Jutsu, which summoned a great Lion Warrior, whose power was probably unmatched by the rest of the Unchained. Although, Sei could still hold his own in battle, he did have the Strong Fist, and his trump card, the Chidori. Reika would almost certainly be the VIP, her strength from Q's training was amazing like that of the Fifth Hokage, but her Medical Jutsu skills were to vital to risk her being hurt. If one of them got hurt Reika could heal them, but if Reika got hurt they would be in a bind for sure. All this however was just Sei's thoughts, it would be up to Sandra to make the final decision, and he would stand by it.

Sandra Nara pulls her long black hair into a spikey ponytail looks at her teammates. The past year was hard, and now all their hard work shall finally pay off. Sandra had completed two new jutsu: the Shadow Neck Bind and the Leaf Gale. The Shadow Neck Bind was easy to learn after successfully mastering the Shadow Imitation Technique, and the Leaf Gale is a pretty good D-ranked taijutsu move. Plus, Sandra was working on a very special new jutsu that was going to be awesome. She's not anywhere close to being done with it, but it'll help her in the future.

"Okay," Sandra says, "let's get started." Turning to Sei, she continues. "Sei, I want you to be the Scout. Use your Byakugan to watch out for enemy traps and such. I bet you were expecting me to say that, for it's a no brainer."
"Takeshi, you'll be the Rear Guard. Watch out for anyone who might be following, if there is anyone."
"Reika, I need you to fall back when we approach the enemy. It's not that I don't think you can't fend for yourself, it's just because your medical ninjutsu is very important. And stay out of sight for now until I finish sketching out a plan in my head. As of now, just stay hidden, for I don't want the enemy getting any ideas."
Pulling her mask over her face, Sandra stands up and looks up at the sky. Absentmindedly placing her hand on the pouch with her shuriken and kunai that she wrapped around her torso, she continues to think and come up with a hopefully fail proof plan.
If anything goes wrong, it'll be her fault.

Just a side note... Since the one year training has passed everyone should increase their age on their character bio's by one year. Also, make sure your jutsu list are up to date. Just trying to help keep the bios up to date. So everybody knows everybody's characters.

most people dont know what it is, so i'll explain it (the japanese would cuz they've got more fighting spirit, haha)
tunnel vision is when you only focus on what's in front of you, and are oblivious, or ignorant, to any other direction, like in a tunnel, hence the name tunnel vision
according to the forth hokage, the problem with chidori, it that with out some sort of doujutsu (he used obito's sharingan as an example, which reads all the details it sees automatically), you risk being attacked from the side, when you charge in
in your case, the byakugan has a 359 59'59" field of vision, so it work out
if say takeshi tried using it, he would die if attacked from the side

Yes it's my brother :: rolls eyes :: but we're not twins, he calls me his twin sister cause we're so much alike, he's actually my baby brother. LOL He hates it when I call him that, yeah he changed his mind about joining. I told him he's gonna start confusing people referring to me like that. I'm sorry I'm not being as regular posting as much as I'd like to. I don't have my own internet and the signal I'm using is my local pubic libraries and it's not always reliable.

you dont do hand signs for the sharingan
the eye muscles control the chakra flow in the eyes (mention on how to control chakra isn't really mentioned in the manga/anime/movies, i just said the muscle thing because thats how you move chi in tai chi, but kakashi did mention that the sharingan has more chakra points that a normal eye
right, now im gona be a stickler if tomorow the others dont post (or talk to me about their jutsu), which, ima send them a message

plz talk to me about what kind a jutsu's u want to get, as you know we get 2 days between posts, bekkisoli already talked to me

so, our first post is by jxcrust
it great, but for one detail
when you use a technique, i tell you what happens
jxcrust activated his byakugan, which means he can see chakras. He should have stopped there and waited to see what his character would see, understand?
it doesn't matter for this one, so crust will leave it be for now, just remember this for future reference
yes, it does slow the RP a bit, but again, im trying to make sure all the details of the story are kept solid, and godmodding is prevented
also, JXcrust's character has addressed Q, Q will reply to him first, but i will wait till everyone gets to write something

jxcrust activated his byakugan, which means he can see chakras. He should have stopped there and waited to see what his character would see, understand?
it doesn't matter for this one, so crust will leave it be for now, just remember this for future reference
yes, it does slow the RP a bit, but again, im trying to make sure all the details of the story are kept solid, and godmodding is prevented
also, JXcrust's character has addressed Q, Q will reply to him first, but i will wait till everyone gets to write something

All of our characters start off as 10-12, but there is a time skip to when they are 18. Thats why the description is supposed to be there 18 year old self. So go ahead and make your character.

Umm I wanna be an adult character. like one of the Guys who helped all these Kids evacuate to a safe area or the underground or where ever you want. and also my character will work if you accept my twin sisters Character. Kimiko simpie is my twin sis. I wanted my character to be like a father figure to her character.
